You really need to speak with a chassis engineer, it is not something you can do yourself and then just get engineered. Welding the tube(or preferably RHS) at the right temp for the best penetration etc is the only way to ensure your chassis stays in the shape it should be |

No worries. Im sure its one of those two shops that have done a nice tube bar for the D22. Actually, just reading on the Millweld site that they only do GQ/GU Patrols now ... that is a shame! |

Actually, just reading on the Millweld site that they only do GQ/GU Patrols now ... that is a shame! ![]() ![]() ![]() Ive got a Colorado and will do sliders and front bar down the track. Standard bullbars on the market just look crap in what they are offering in my opinion. Also think I may get a rear swing away tube tailgate for it too. There is always something to do with them ![]() This looks unreal! Is anyone able to have a stab at the lift size and tyre size? I have just completed a 60mm lift with my D22 using EFS suspension and put Cooper 265/70/16 S/T on it, and I didnt get that much difference out of it. This photo of the black Navara looks awesome and I am thinking of doing the same...... ![]() Also, has anyone ever put a spare tyre on their rear tailgate on a D22 or similar? I would prefer to have the tyre easily accessable from the tailgate rather than underbody.... any ideas or comments would be great! Cheers guys. |

could i get a pm with pics and price on that also please... i run 265/75/16 on my d22 mate and have no scraping or anything ive only got 2inch lift all round im going 2inch body soon aswell and getting 33x12.5 maxxis trepadors when funds allow Mate sounds good! yeah I have no dramas with the 60mm EFS lift it has been fitted really well from a bloke at Tingalpa. I just need more height for that tougher look ![]() Also, are 33's legal for the D22? Just not sure.... post a pic of yours mate, would love to see it. |

ah the 2 inch body lift is off ebay a guy from ulverstone tasmania does them for $260.. and yea transport in tas arent really hard on stuff yet so you can get away with pretty much anything if you dont have to pit it.. if you want a decent navara site try navara.asia if your not already on there.. |
