Always have the Service Booklet with you when you take the vehicle to your autho- rized Mercedes-Benz Center for service. The service advisor will record each ser- vice in the booklet for you. The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Program provides factory-trained technical help in the event of a breakdown. Reporting Safety Defects If you believe that your vehicle has a defect which could cause a crash or could cause injury or death, you should immediately inform the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in addition to notifying Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC.
