NISSAN CRUISE 4 CRUISE LOCATION HAS BEEN CHANGED, PARKING IN BYRON BAY IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE WITHOUT COUPONS. NEW LOCATION IS BALLINA, THERE IS A PARK WITH LOTS OF PARKING, TOILETS, BARBEQUES AND A PLAYGROUND. Here it is, what you've all been waiting for. Location : Ballina Date : 5th August 2006 Brisbane meet : Springwood Macdonalds @ 9am Gold Coast meet : Mudgee Shell (off pacific motorway hinze dam exit) @ 10am YOU WILL NEED: 1. UHF RADIO CHANNEL 14 2. BYO MEAT AND DRINKS 3. FULL TANK OF FUEL 4. GOOD HUMOR  Whereis.com directions are as follows:  Below is the location of Springwood Macdonalds where the Brisbane people will be meeting with me, my rego is 149HPK you can see my car in the sig, I'll let everyone know when It's time to get going for Mudgee Shell. From here we'll get straight onto the Pacific motorway, the onramp is about 50 metres away from the Macdonalds exit, after we get onto the freeway there's a huge shoulder lane where we can all pull over and let everyone catch up because most the time people get stuck at the lights before the onramp.  We go all the way to the end of the Pacific Motorway and continue heading south on the Gold Coast Hwy.  The Gold Coast Hwy comes onto the Pacific Hwy (different to Pacific Mtwy) and goes on forever and ever until...  ...we reach Ewings Dale Rd as seen below.  Ewings Dale Rd turns into Shirley St all of a sudden for no apparent reason  IGNORE STOP 1 !!!!!! Waypoint was just added to get the route right. As you can see we turn onto Jonson St here. Here we will be stopping at a carpark, the only problem is I cannot recall the exact location, however I know where it is once I'm in Byron  funny that, I'll be at the lead of the pack going into Byron so I'll make sure I lead you all there  Then onto Bangalow Rd, this Rd goes on for a while and it's another random Rd that turns into Broken Head Rd also for no apparent reason and then turns into Coast Rd.... again... for no reason.. it just changes... You'll eventually be able to see the coast really close on your left at Lennox Head  Eventually we get to Ballina and the Coast rd that we've been following for the last half hour turns into Pine Av then into Hill St until we get to our destination just on our left after the bridge. Nissan cruises have tended to end up being boring... mainly with NOTHING TO DO at the finialy destination. We had a few suggestions about activities we could do last cruise but nothing ever happened  . If you guys wanna organise a few activities then you're more than welcome, let me know what ideas you have.
