It seriously confuses me how people like these enough to buy one.... I couldnt think of anything more embarrassing to drive. But if its what your into, enjoy it. I want to rebuild my stolen VL one day! Im a bit of a vl fan, unfortunately they are like staffies, usually found in lower class areas, usually multicoloured and a little run down, not worth a pinch of shit, but they still run. So seeing a classy one is a bit of a sight. ye its ok the runs are only in the clear so like u said i just got to block it out and buff but i thought not bad for a first time at least i gave it a go i think Keep at it man, perfect car to learn on, i painted my first car, my vl ( See my topics, somewhere?) it took time, took effort, a few miustakes and a lot of practice. I would have liked to have put my job up against an experienced painters jobv to see the difference. I pressume there wouldnt have been much!!!! |

It seriously confuses me how people like these enough to buy one.... Why does it matter? Plenty of people like VLs for different reasons. IMO they're one of the best Commodores ever made. OT: Looks pretty good for your first go at a spray job mate. Should be a nice car when it's done. |
