Engine: 3.8L V6

Exhaust: 2.5" stock chromies

Suspension: stock

Wheels: 17" OEM rims

Modifications: 90MM galant intake

Stereo Audio / Visual: none

Estimated Power: 130KW@wheels?

Currently @ 44,000KMS. Bought it with 40K for 17.6K, yes, I could've bought something decent with nice killowasps with that price but idgaf. Fuel economy - currently 14.5L PER 100K with a lot of WOT. 400KS from 60L tank. Pretty shit.

Future mods are : 20INCH rims, thinking black on black, berklees muffler, lowered on king low's, custom plates, Ksport brakes, cheapo ebay led running stickers etc. Setting me back @ 5K+. bowrofl.gif Ill take more pics as I get to them. Only have 2 decent ones now

They run nearly the same with e10 or 98RON too. But on the mitsu forums, there was a guy who did 1000K on a tank, cruise control @ 90kph from syd-melb?

98 RON fuel doesn't do shit for stock low comp economy engines.

I filled up just then with 98RON. 59L to the tank, going to drive like a nan on wheelchair and see what I can get out of it.

Nice mate, I was filling up next to a blue FG XR6T actually and he was telling me he gets around 12-12.5 depending on conditions and driving style. I will get mine checked on tues. Thanks, goodluck with yours too.

My dad drives a J32 Maxima STS. Gets 440KMS on 94RON, 550+ on a full tank of 98 RON, same style etc. But I think the req is 98 dunno.gif dunno.gif

its the way u drive it, it has plenty of torque under 3000 rpm not even my Pajero goes thru that much fuel and my magna worst it had at Baskerville when auto was 13 per 100kms nomal driving u should get 11.5 per 100kms

Haha hey madmagna biggrin.gif yeah true, i mean, previously when I filled up, i reset my fueltrip comp, drove like a absolute granny, honestly, nothing over 2k revs, for 100K's. I got 14L per 100k. Then after a highway drive, launnie-hobart, and back, I got 10L average, haven't reset anything, and Im at 13L now.

Well tell him to register at 3Si.org and find the Aus section.

I know of one or two red GTOs in Tas, but there wouldn't be many more around...

Shame about fuel economy around town but still a great car.
and for the skeptics 1000km off the tank was done by a guy who if you met you know he wasn't lieing.
