Engine: 1jz

Exhaust: 3" from turbo back fabing it myself

Suspension: just stock for now

Wheels: NEED WHEELS!!! lol but prob end up getting drag ways

Modifications: atm only 550cc inj, gt3788, Haltech Platinum Interceptor, 3k stall other stuff but owell

Stereo Audio / Visual: n/a dont think im really going 2 put anything in it

Estimated Power: n/a im only looking for 500 at the fly

i would like 2 know what you guys think i should use for a diff on the hilux? i was thinking like a xr6 or 8? and cutting it down :S

hope 2 have the lux on the road end of this year ;/ keep in mind guys its only like day 3 for the hilux tongue.gif



i also have a day 2 day drive R33 ser 1 with a list of stuff done (put up a lil later)

but stuff like gt 35,power fc,Billet Twin Plate Race Series Clutch and Flywheel assembly, if you guys are looking for a clutch take a look i really like em http://www.directclutchservices.com.au the guys are in brisbane lots more but do it later

Estimated Power: last time on dyno making just over 400rwhp on 16psi for a street tune still has more in it its stock looking on the out side it keeps the cops off me but good fun to drive.

    both looks good but you made 1 thing about 2 cars and ddint speperate the info to well, both looks to be really decent rides those

    haha yea could use degreaser but only fitting the motor box and loom atm and was pulling it all out and thn paint and that but i now need 2 push the motor and box back like 1" cuz i dont have the room for the water pump sad.gif

    as for the info im sorry ill fix it up a lil was just in a rush tongue.gif

    With the Hilux you could do a Hilux diff conversion........oh wait. Dunno why you would even consider swapping it.

    cuz i want 2 have good disk brakes on the back :S not drum brakes

    there are numerous options for rear disk brakes on hilux diff, a lot of people adapt r31 skyline rear disk. Surely you'd be capable of fabricating a caliper bracket considering the fab work you've done for the engine fit!! looks the goods!

    jsut buy a disc brake converion all my mates use hilux diffs in there cars, 2 s3 rx7s with big 13bts, a 13b tarago

    i didnt think you could make mounts or brackets for brakes on a street car but ill have a look into that thanks mate i do have a mk3 supra i might pull that apart and see if i can get em 2 fit
