Post #1 post 31st October 2008 - 10:12 PM
Here is my daily driver(When it's not broken)/Hill Climb Car.

Model: Toyota Starlet GT (EP82)

Engine: 4EFTE
Mods: Air Filter that's it atm sad.gif

Suspension, Tyres & Drive train: KYB Struts with King Springs, Anti-lift & Castor kit, Pulsar SSS rims with Bridgestone RE001 Adrenalin Rubber plus Enkei 14" Rims (4kg each) for track work once I can find a decent set of semi's for them.

Interior: Stripped, no air con, no sound system, no carpet, no sound deadening, Apexi RSM (Speed cut removal...*evil grin*)

Exterior: Custom House of Kolor mix: Candy Passion Purple.

Times: Managed a 52.89 around Mt Cotton with a blown head gasket and cracked manifold.

Future Mods: New engine is being built with Crower Rods, Still deciding on what forged pistons, TRD Head Gasket, ARP 4AGZE head studs and main studs. Also have a head lying around that came off a 380hp starlet that has been o-ringed ported, bigger valves, valve springs etc. Hoping we can salvage it for the build.

Deciding on turbo but either a VF22 or something more tame like a VF35. Needs a cage as well

Will update this thread as I do more work.

Got it from Harry, besides the engine and a few other things it had. I personally think it looks 1000x better than when it had the horrid kit on it from the original owner. oopsie.gif

Ummm, not sure, It happened the day I picked it up, long line of events, but Harry looked after me so no hard feelings there, not his fault, just frustrating tongue.gif.

I'm pretty sure I have the Oz Delivered ones. Quite honestly I never realised there were two options?

    What's the difference between them?

Anyway performance wise they are pretty good, Around Mt Cotton I was only 2 seconds off on my first outing from another Starlet that had Semi's, exhaust, more boost, ARC top mount intercooler, suspension, LSD and manifold I think, perhaps a couple of other things. He had been out there for 12 months as well competing so. They allowed me to get that close to them I think they must be pretty damn good.
