1989 Honda CBR250R MC19

Eughhh title failed..

Engine:
Standard
Exhaust:
Musarii (Screaming Demon)
Suspension:
Standard
Modifications:
Minor things such as dash illumination, carbon printed mirrors, general tidy up
Estimated Power:
Whatever a 24 year old 250cc makes!

Picked her up early last year for a bargain, but in pretty average condition. Fairings were cracked/faded, engine needed a service/TLC. So I've slowly been restoring it back to its former glory. (Yes it has RR fairings even though its just a R).

I've bought new fairings, new front screen done a full service, replaced spark plugs etc, new rubber, new exhaust, new mirrors.

It's still a long way from being immaculate and there are things to replace such as the dint in the fuel tank that was there when I purchased the bike and a rear cowl. During the single seat conversion the padding was taken off the rear seat.

It's a great commuter and its ideal for Uni. When money allows, I'd love to upgrade to something bigger.

As it stands now.

How I bought it.

Great bikes to learn on, I had a zxr250. Still eat the pants off a new 250, light and easy to handle

$1500 without rego off ebay. If I could value it now, maybe around 2-2.5k.
