Here's a few of the pics i took today out in Leyburn. IIRC the results at the end of the day were the Skelta with a 41.70, the Kanga V8 Supercar in 41.78 and either the V8 Mightyboy or the turbo Clubman in 3rd.

Automatic resizer suxors but you get the idea.

    Indeed, i was disappointed not to see any modern Toyotas, Nissans, Subarus or Mitsubishis out there, it makes me even more motivated to be out there next year.

    i think the organisers want the leyburn sprints to be mainly historical cars. i heard they knocked back a hundred or so cars.... sad.gif
    the mighty boy is awsum, the boys up here at TAFE built it.... big 350 chev grrrr supercharged i might add....smile.gif there was an awsum quick little turboed 1600 gettin around that was kool.... it was a pretty good day xcept for listening the the bloody locals trying to sing....shocking!!!!

    Hey I'm one of the boys from the tafe it actually isnt a 350 chev, its a Supercharged 3.5 litre Rover V8 with a Subaru 4 Speed auto gear box. It had a pretty big stack on its 7th run at about 140 kph lucky the only demage was the the left fender.
