His nieghbour had a Charger garden ornament that about 10 or so goats had been standing on/beating the shit out of, we were thinking wtf. Those goats sure had made a mess of it over the years. Thats the way it goes,i spose Remember most of this stuff was worth nothin, just like XF,VL,VK commos are nowadays An XD ute i have here, thats used as a wood carter on the property, was saved from the scrappie, bought for its scrap value (about $150-$200 at the time) I drove it the few Ks home, came with mags, has bugger all rust, then for 2 years it sat idle up the back growing weeds in the back Clean the plugs, bitta fuel she fired, so its back in active duty again, but with the prices some are fetching i mite by another yard hack ??? Its funny a good XD has more demand ,fan base and are getting better money than XF utes ??? Mite have something to do with V8 being offered in them HSV, Yeah on the lookout for HR gear for ya Anything pops up ill let ya know , first |

Mate as long as its ol skool anything is cool and has patential...Me myself have had Holden, Ford and driven Rotary's, Dato's and Chevs but would love to go a Mopar one day. The ol man and my brothers have had Fords, Holdens, Dodge and out of all of them the ol man's Customline and Dodge were the favourites. I love my ol EK and had it for 17 odd yrs know but with a growing family will have to look at something else soon and with the rising cost of everything may have to go more modern cheap shit compared to something old and costing a fortune unless i can score something good and park the ol EK up until the time comes to build it with me boys.. |

If you haven't already mate you should consider throwing the old girl on gas, My Val is cheaper to run on gas than dads ED, d22 navara, and aint bad compared to the old Hyandai. Loves it, $40 - 400ks, cant complain I am sacrificing performance but it has been tuned down also. |

Go the modern throw away car,but keep the ol holden They wernt that bad on the juice, finding good 2nd hand parts is getting harder, but there is the reproduction parts, tho not cheap, but there Dont be in a rush, the stuff is there, they dont make reproduction gear for the XC falcons, which i have so any good parts are getting good money,so i wait You could always bring the ol holden into the modern times, with a red motor, commo motor and upgrade the suspension to more modern, wallet friendly gear |

If i could only have one car it would be a 1972 E49 R/T Charger! Im more into my early to late 90's cars but still have apprectation for the old cars. Dad used to have an e38 r/t and a few 351 powered falcons so i still have a soft spot for them. |
