http://www.wheelersluxurygifts.com/shop/it...e-leather-belt/ http://www.wheelersluxurygifts.com/shop/it...ness-card-case/ I'v got a real thing for this carbon leather thing Dunhill have going on ATM. Style - not even once. |

Style - not even once. While I can only presume that this means that you don't like Dunhill gear, I find that sentence construction pretty unusual. Also, what exactly IS "Style" to you, if you discount designers such as AD-quite widely regarded as one of the classiest mainstream men's outfitters around? I'm genuinely curious. |

I think you'll find it's a jab at the phrase "money doesn't by taste". Personally, I'm not a fan of Dunhill gear. But whatever floats your boat. |

I guess it would also depend if you circulate around the kinds of people that would really care about that kind of stuff. Half the people reading this will have an entire wardrobe that adds up to the cost of the belt and card holder in question. |

Well I mean, I assumed that's what he meant, but all the same, I don't understand the syntax of "Style-not even once". I have no particular brand loyalties incidentally. I pretty much just buy stuff from whoever is making stuff I like at any given time. ATM Dunhill is doing that carbon leather thing (looks pretty much exactly like the dash of the Z4M Coupe, incidentally) and I think it looks rad as hell. Bought the laptop bag for work a few months back, though it looked rad as shit, so I thought I'd match it up a bit. Sorry if I seem like a bit of a fashion whore, but in my line of work you are expected to present pretty well. Jesus, you should see the crap I wear on the weekend! |

Apart from that man bag pictured above, I really like most the shit you post. Much better than skinny jeans, sand shoes and faded pink/maroon short tight shorts with baggy singlets.. Or whatever the kids are wearing these days. |

Thanks though-I try very very hard to not buy metro shit-I can't stand pink polo, collar popped, skinny jeans, pointy shoe, YOLO trend-fags. I try to keep it traditional and classy when it comes to work/formal wear. |

+1 You only live once... So live that life looking like a f*****t. Seriously, wtf? More guys need to have some "style" and "class".. That doesn't mean following metro USA fashion trends. It means men need to start looking like real f'king men again. I don't think society would accept every man wearing a suit in public. I love wearing suits, as i turn all pimp n shit lol. |

Don't have to wear suits ALL the time. But that doesn't mean you come home from work, take off your suit and throw on a pair of skinnies and sand shoes. Go home metro fags. You're drunk. |

Geoff, have you seen it pulled off well in person? Like I said, it's found on some very high-end cars (Jag XKR-S, Evora S) as a dash/seat finish, and a number of very high end fashion brands are integrating it too. Sounds tacky, but when pulled of properly it looks quite lovely and wears very well. At the end of the day it's just another pattern, like suede or gloss. |

The Evora ones look much better in person. They are Reccaros, so I imagine you might be able to find some. |

So true as my colour on the car is White with red anodized mesh and carbon fibre wrapped bonnet. Next will be the brake calipers which will be white with black brembo writing and candy apple red painted mags. Hoping to have all the exterior finshed by the time the next Various meet on the 24/03/2013. |

The Jag and BMW pull it off well, Lotus just looks a bit like the old Holden Torana golfball spec trim. |

My brother works with a lot of the composite materials and said the supplier for when you want to match your seats etc with the carbon look is, Carbon Image Limited, they handle the Viscarb range. There may be an Australian distributor here. I know what you mean, but believe me, it looks better in person. Not as good as the others though. Anyway, the AD gear that started this whole thing is more or less the same patterning as that on the Jag. Very nice looking/feeling. |

not a fan of that red mesh man. i think it triggers some memories of autosalon mirages when they used to do the cyborg kits and colour the mesh body colour |

It does turn a few heads but I'm just trying out a few things to see how it looks. If it doesn't suit my style I just back back one step and try something else. |
