I find a lot of my D-SLR pics lack contrast so I have been making edits a lot lately.. I liked your pics (esp the sunset one) so I had a play, and modified the pic slightly, hope u dont mind..

i saved them in poor quality so theres artifacts on it, but just thought id pass it on anyway :P

Big fan of the Monaro's old and new, only things i dont like are the rims(size doesnt seem right) and the wanky supercharged badge. Other than that awesome car. Well done. AM JEALOUS.

Wow, thanks all for the very positive comments. Few interesting comments re: the wheels - bit of a story. I ordered them in April 09, got them late May09 and Simmons shut up shop in June 09, so by the time mine were finished, they probably weren't taking any more orders. It was always gonna be FR19's or nothing, so I was damn lucky to get them. Cost was $1250/wheel (with crap tyres) for those interested - I wouldn't sell them, even for 8 grand!
Thanks WTF for the photo edits, the shots I posted were straight off the camera. Found a good location, chose the right time of day (about 30 mins before sunset) to get some soft light and away I went. But yeah, I haven't explored editing, but I like what you've done - the contrast looks great, but subtle too.
Someone asked about power - it's made 363rwkW (486rwhp) on PowerTorque's dyno. Boost is 10psi, which considering the high comp of the motor, is about the limit before the rods and pistons start getting a bit stressed - don't really want to crack open the motor and fit tougher gear (at this stage anyway). Right now, just enjoying it (not really enjoying the 20L/100km consumption though! :P Thanks everyone again for taking a look.

If your old man was offered $8k for Simmons he is a bit of a goose not to take the offer!
They are almost 100% identical to the old style that they make now and $900 per rim for a 19in.

Actually these ones are real FR19s before Simmons went bust. He bought them in 2006 for $6000. The car has only been driven once with them one. They're still brand new.

Been told they are actually a stronger wheel now then before, as they are a 3 piece forged wheel instead.
IMO, i just dont see why people are trying to get $1-$3k more then what they paid for them when they are just as good if not better these days...

Here is the new version against the older version
