btw the 6g72 is a magna engine

6G72
The 6G72 is a 2972 cc engine. Bore is 91.1 mm (3.59 in) and stroke is 76 mm (3.0 in). SOHC 12-valve, SOHC 24-valve, and DOHC 24-valve versions have been produced.

The latest version was used in the Mitsubishi Eclipse GT and Galant. Output in 2004 was 210 hp (157 kW; 213 PS) at 5500 rpm with 278 N·m (205 ft·lbf) of torque at 4000 rpm. It has a cast iron engine block and aluminum SOHC cylinder heads. It uses MPFI fuel injection, has four valves per cylinder with roller followers and features fracture-split forged steel connecting rods. In the older version, used in many Chrysler models since 1987 this V6 was a SOHC 12-valve developing 141 hp (105 kW) at 5000 rpm and 172 lb·ft (233 N·m) of torque at 3600 rpm. The Mitsubishi models were with a 3.0 Litre 6G72 engine SOHC 12-valve developing 195 hp (145 kW) at 5000 rpm and 205 lb·ft (278 N·m) of torque at 4000 rpm

The DOHC 24-Valve was used in the Mitsubishi 3000GT and Dodge Stealth producing 222 horsepower (166 kW) and 205 pound-feet (278 N·m) of torque in naturally aspirated form, and as much as 320 horsepower (240 kW) and 315 pound-feet (427 N·m) of torque in turbocharged form.[1]

And they are a waste of money compared to an evo.. that's a waste of money compared to something else.. which is a waste of money compared to something else.. without comparisons.. the Magna is NOT a waste of money.

Yeah.. Great input there. I'm pretty sure he knows it's a Magna and not a Dodge Viper in disguise.. So fucking what? How about you losers give the guy some advice on what he wants to know, or fuck off and leave your "omfg lol your car is shit what a waste of money" to classifieds and off topic.

oh how i envy places like daikoku futo where everything is accepted at one place....
australia, thats what a car meet is, i dont think there has been anything that resembles such a great meet for years or if it ever existed. everyone is welcome and appreciated for what they like and the work has gone into the final result.
People wonder, bitch, and complain about how our car scene is dying in the butt and blame the police...
has nothing to do with the cops, two nights ago there was a massive defect raid set up at daikoku futo, fences and all. but their car scene survices becasue there is not such thing as fat ego's.... how long will it take some of you half wits to relise this...

OT: i agree with the ralliart/vrx kit, cleanest kit there is for a magna that i know of

a magna is just like a commodore. mass produced family car. has a big engine, but doesn't really fit into the sports scene. all you can really do is keep it clean and well maintained. And the older they get, the less appeal they get, just like a commodore.

Why couldnt anyone just answer his question straight in the first place without giving the op the shits about it being a magna and blah blah blah..Every thread created on boost these days tends to go off topic even the ones out of the OT section lol..

I agree. I think when people click general discussions, and read a few topics, they then forget what part of the forum they are in. No wonder people have such high post counts in general. it's full of OMG LOLOLOL WHY TEH FOOK WOULD JOO DO DAT SHIT BRO! ITS A MAGNA! TROLOLOLOL

Anyway Thanks Dudes  I have some ideas, just need to get it done then one day put some photos up. Probably will just get more of these shit nonsense comments questioning if I realise what the car I own is or laughing because it's not some type of nissan.
Have a Merry Christmas and an excellent New Year guys.

Go vrx kit if you want something cheap that looks nice.

All those other kits look shit to be honest.

If you want to be completely different run something similar to this

But you will have to get the fitment to go with it.
