Its still a traumatic no matter what you do to it, though would be alright. I thought you were doing an LSxxxxx conversion later on down the track. DONT bother spending money trying to go fast with a six in an HJ. LJ, yes. I cant drive a V8 till 2015!!! so the LS conversion will get done although i have a fair while to wait until i can drive it. My old man will be back from WA in the next couple of weeks and no doubt we will be doing some work to the old 202. So if im not paying for it i think it will be a worthwhile purchase. My question still wasnt answered either |

So I know this won't be to everyones taste, but planning on doing a vinyl wrap on the Camaro now instead of the colour I was going to paint it. I can make it work out a whooooollleeee lot cheaper which means more go fast bits! namely a F2 pro-charger. Will only be for a year or two til I have the spare money to paint it the way I want it painted. Or until I get bored of it. Will be a satin black (definitely satin and not matte). |

Must be low as sin in the front compared to the back, then it will suit the temporary colour and chrome rims (IMO) Procharger, yes! Can't say no to a blown BBC!!!!!!! I've never been completely sold on the low front / high back look really, but it's definitely got the height in the back currently! haha. Haven't completely decided what I'm going to do height wise. All the suspension has been replaced at some point and pretty much set up to get traction. Feel for anyone who has to sit in the back (which will be a midget, cause no normal person will be able to fit). Would love a 6/71 but probably more trouble than it's worth, so pro-charger is the way to go! Do it i reckon, i wanted to on the El Camino, but that project came to a crashing halt.. Pun intended.. Will definitely be going ahead with it - the colour is black, if the police / QT want to make that big of an issue out of it, I'm sure they'll find a way to get it off the road regardless. El Camino...? |

nah i meant from hsv/jay/nick/every other one eyed kingswood helmsman oh, haha, gotcha! ah well, I really like it so suppose that's all that matters. I'll get bored of it eventually no doubt, so will paint it then. Haven't actually seen a old school muscle car wrapped before so should be interesting. You didn't see what happend to my '70 El Camino? nah, when was this? I love the ones that look like they have a front windscreen on the back (if that makes sense?). edit: this one. awesome looking car/ute/truck/pickup! |

nah, when was this? Way to leave me hanging... So, I pretty much hate wings / spoilers / lips on ANYTHING, so naturally, I bought a new bootlid minus the wing thingo. Chucked it on today, actually got it fitting as well as camaro bootlids do (they all have a gap underneath them, I don't like that). Looking at it, I can't decide whether to leave it like it is or put the wing thingo back on. Suggestions? (note: that's where paint has been taken off when the importer was checking it for me, not rust) Looks cleaner without IMO, but I can't decide if it looks like its 'missing' something or I'm just not used to it. Examples of without: Examples of with: My friends are getting sick of me constantly asking for opinions so it's down to you guys. |

i prefer it with the wing, unless the whole car is clean - like that maroon one above |

I like it better with the lip, does look like somethings missing without it... |
