This Thursday it's all happening again.
Already got a few very nice cars promised for the night, so we should see another very decent night. biggrin.gif

I have to say, I'm really impressed with the way these nights are going, guys... and I'd like to say thanks to everyone who's coming out to support these nights... and how well behaved everyone is biggrin.gif

I just got the Superturbo back this week and am keen to take it out and meet a few people.

I'm pretty new to the scene so won't know anyone so feel free to come over and have a chat...it's a pretty rare little car so many of you may have never seen one in the flesh before.

I'd like to mention something here too guys.

I've heard a lot of negative feedback about Harrys' Diner.
Things like "Cops patrol that place like hawks and they will get you if your car is modded"
and
"Ever since the crash, cops are all over it, nobody goes there"

I call bullshit.

I have been there for every single one of these events since the start of the year and NOT ONCE has there been any negative police presence.
Every now and then an officer (that some of us know) comes down and says gudday... watches the nice cars roll past... shakes a few hands.. then goes on his way.
Sometimes the Department of Transport set up a show down there with informative stuff...

And nobody gets defected.

Harry's Diner seems to have been accepted by the police as somewhere that car enthusiasts go to on Friday nights... and an increasing number of us go there now on some Thursday nights...
Above and beyond that : We have kept it VERY well behaved down there and everyone is respecting that. And I mean EVERYONE. It's awesome.
So how about we forget about crap that happened five years ago, and live in the Here and Now.

Rock on.

See you all tomorrow.

Some nights are better than others, but without fail, there's always some really nice cars there.
And as Aron said above... all cars are welcome.

lol

we often see a big muscle car or 2 down there on a Thursday night.
The great thing is that because it's an open night, we never see the same animosity between import/muscle that sometimes occurs there on a Friday night.
Everyone gets along with everyone and it's always a good night.

But in saying that, it's always majority Imports.

Anyone know who owns the green S14a Silvia?
number plates "51UGR"
Don't mind the car, but the skid as he left Harrys left a few people pretty pissed off. Including me.
