How many people can't attend on the 14th but can on the 21st? argue.gif

It's been posted as the 14th on other sites, we've got quite a few coming from Rexnet who, like me, aren't interested in the Xmas Mega Cruise, but if for whatever reason a lot of people here can't make it on the 14th I can propose a date change to the weekend after.

It would give me more time to get my car fixed, but the reason the 14th was settled on was because a lot of people originally couldn't make the weekend after. Took forever to settle on a date in the first place and you're never going to make everyone happy. Thoughts?

I've done the route planning which is all that really needs to be done, I'm not expecting to have that many cars that we need to warn the locals about it first. A date change isn't that hard to do but there's more than just the boostcruising crowd involved so I'd have to make sure it suited everyone elsewhere as well as here. And get HUN512's permission of course. tongue.gif

I should be able to get my mrs to come too now that the blockade of the airports has ceased in Thailand. Hopefully as I type this she's on a plane bound for Australia, it's sucked having her stranded there for an extra week and a half.

Depends on stops, if we have to wait for people to catch up, how long is spent at lunch etc, but with a drive of that distance it will probably last until late afternoon.

I'm having shit luck with my car at the moment, now my new AFM has started playing up after being in for a week or so. Car keeps losing revs and stalling...

I'm not having a go at you at all HUN51, just responding to your query as to why I wanted to raise charity money. Cancer has had a big impact on me and my loved ones and I will do anything I can do to help fight it.


No dramas at all. My mother had a lump removed that was cancerous, I understand all about it.
Maybe next year we can work together on a breat cancer charity cruise together.
