anyone can mash a throttle and pull on a handbrake.........

Well put your money where you mouth is and come out for the event, its only $50 for the day, so show us yours skills that you have to mash the throttle and handbrake like you can with your mad key board skills!

There is way more skill involved in drifting then most motorsports, anyone can clutch kick through a corner to power skid out. There is a few of us out there linking most of the track from turn 3 to the main straight.

for starters hand brake is used to controll the slide into and around the corner and to gain better lines through corners. At the same time you need to make sure your steering is correct to continue along the line you have chosen through the corner. And to wash you speed off into the corners with a big entry.

dam key board drivers

very true about the fishing and BJ knows that, if you read my threads you would know that i support and patronise any drift event that i can get to as i appreciate skills at that level.......pls accept my apology if i have pressed any wrong buttons but if no sense of humour then you go mad and end up workin as a screw <_<

Hey taffy.... would you be keen on a ride in a drift car this weekend mate.

can organise it on the fun day for you to go in a couple. I know you enjoy watching it but so much more fun being in there.

Seeing as it is a Fun Day, it shouldn't be a problem. Having the forms ready to go does help.

BJ get you act together, get this vid up from last track day. i finlay got around to uploading your profile on the TEDA site.

If you want i'll give you some Cd's on sunday and could you put all the footage on me on them, so i can edit it to make a vid for a sponsorship proposal.

cheers
