Greg one of the GT40's dropped a shitload of something right on the end of the front straight and basically every other car that went trough there drove through it and went off
Lance shoudl have some pics of the damage as we were the first lot of people to go have a look at it
Was a good day out, will be good to see Andrew at the next one with the civic out on track
Congrats the the High Power CRX, thats an awesome car biggrin.gif

It was a fairly good day, I managed to get abit of general practice beforehand and Ran a PB of 1:27 on the national circuit and jumped in Dads porsche to run a 1:24. Then I just ran 62's on the sprints, which was decent considering the tyres i was using! some hand me down 205/50/16 dunlop semis lol! Hence alot of drifting during the day biggrin.gif Next one should be great! We all know that CRX driver can do amazing things, and obviously a well setup vehicle as well.... Alot of support behind it!

Is that CRX a bog stock one, with a B16A up front and driven by a former Formula 3000 champion??

Or am I thinking of someone else?

Yep, new engine. B20 now with b16 head. I'm sure Rob can cut his time by at least another second if Ivan would part with a little money and upgrade the stock brakes lol

Was an enjoyable day. a new PB for me too of 61.1

Was an awesome day... cooler than the last one. Alot of people going off on the 3rd run tho.

We very happy with the performance of the CRX. Theres still alot of potiental left and 57s actually seems realistic now. We have a new 2.0 engines in the car now (1.6 before) which is great for track, has very wide power band. Was good to be able to use 5th gear down the straights now haha.

The brakes are not up to the task anymore and have to upgrade the stock radiator.

Looking forward to the next one alrdy!

yeah noticed that coming under brakes on the 3rd corner.

Looks like the radiotor bubbled over and got under your front left. Then you limped it back to the pets.

I assume it was just the radiator not being upto the task and nothing serious?

Zennon let me know if you want to get some Bridgestone semi slicks, I can get them cheaper than normal retail smile.gif
