Puzzle Man,
Let me know if it is any Good because my lag with a 15,000x1,900 pixel image in RAW on photoshop is something chronic!! Especially considering I use a laptop.
To give you some idea of the resolution I am working with, This is the shed on the very right-hand side, in full-res:

Yeh I'm liking the blue. The orange sky in the other one was not photoshopped, it was actually like that, it's just the suburban lights, lighting up the clouds.
I'm not sure about sunset. Worth a shot though.

I use full manual, that way u get the same settings in all ur shots and they match up better.

Long time no photo.
I went out tonight and decided to try something a little different. Something a bit 'old school' or at least that is what i was trying for.

Number 3 probably has teh best feeling about it. Its just a good angle, but no offence, there isn't really anything special about these pictures. Im sure you know what i mean with that.

Yeh I agree, I just needed to get out and take some. Helps me relax during exams.

Nice shots. I like the third one too but the light pole right in the middle is a bit distracting.
(in the second one, meow is written on the wall hahaha!)

Yeh that pole is a bugger but I had to have it because it gives me the lighting and the tint that I want for that shot. I will fuck it up if i try and take it out in photoshop so I wont bother with that.

Harry, I agree No. 3 works well too. I almost think that the pole adds some character to the image, picturing it gone would make the image very plain.

Yeh it does cut it in half a bit doesn't it. But I agree that it wouldn't look as good without it.

i like 1st and 3rd. for the 1st one would be better if the car had been exposed a little more so you can still see throught it but not as much
2 and 4 are a bit boring but the fish eye does look cool in the 2nd.

I wanted to try something a little less mainstream, although I am not sure if I have the talent to pull it off!
I have only been doing photography for just over 3 months so I am still quite a noob, but I am learning alot.
Still, I've only just turned 18, so I have all the time in the world to get good!

It just so happens that I took the same shot without the car in it. It was less exposed too.
I cropped it (although slightly less than urs) Wadaya think?

Yeah must say I agree. Harry you take some superb pics but at the moment you seem to be hooked on these kind of shots. Love to see you try something different.

nah It's not quite like that when I am actually doing it. I have a big tripod and a camera and a I am holding a flash and flashing the wall next to me while trying to hold a pose for about 30 secs while another flash powers up. Then I climb up onto a sign and jump off it and flash the wall, whilst sweaing at people who walk in front of my camera. Plus the jumper is my school leavers jumper!
It's really not that sus!

The amount of time and effort that you put into your photo's is amazing but kinda have to agree getting a bit over done, but in saying that they are still great shots i'd like to see something more traditional in a way.

If that makes sense.

Yeh it makes perfect sense. The effect has lost it's novelty, there is no magic to it anymore. Don't worry. I am processing a new batch right now (no silhouettes!) they'll be up in about 20 mins.
