my first car, currently rebuilding 3TGTE new rods, forged pistons, all new gaskets and bearings. will be adding 3inch exhaust with seperate to atmosphere wastegate screamer pipe.

    why the hell are you dumping it to atmosphere!!! there is no friggen point except for excess noise!

    i hope you get fined for that!

    by the way its not a screamer pipe, its a hole in your exhaust!
    a true screamer pipe comes of an external gate which you dont have...

    im seeing more and more of this kinda crap and i dont like it...its the next friggen blow off valve!!!

    Well if i sees a little police man i wont put my foot down and create excessive noise.
    My BOV will be plumed back into the intake as the flap type AFM doesnt react well to them going to atmosphere so i wont sound too gay.

    Mate i live in tasmania cops dont know shit down here ive never been pulled over once except for ramdom breath tests and ive driven for over a year and a half and i am always thrashing my car b4 the new motor goes in. u can do alot of shit down here without being caught. Well the concept is the same for the screamer pipe to reduce turbulance around the turbine its just a cheaper way of doing it my mate at work has done it to his GTS-t and it makes a difference, if you give me an external wastegate for free ill put it on if it makes u happy.

    yes the car has been photoshoped in microsoft paint by me HAHA. i am waiting to get my new wheels b4 i lower it and just wanted to see what it will look like low.
