i know someone building a motor bike and it camer std with a tubo and holey shit does it go runs that same turbo a hi l;ux has and he is running 10psi and once itsa on boost smoke arama |

i do believe u can get turbo kits for gsxr 1000 motors.... that would make things interesting to say the least. they use a t28 size turbo. larger then i thought but i fella i know was thinking about ordering one for his, said u need a decent turbo cause of the revs. how many cars u know rev to 16,500??? |

hey thanks for all the replies and all that. now i am after a gokart frame at the moment doesnt matter wat condition and all that or wats on it just need the frame and ill start work on it from there. now that gsxr1000 engine u were talking bout has that got a 6 speed. and does anyone know how to adapt the gearbox into the gokart b/c ive never heard of a manual go kart. |

[right][snapback]5034508[/snapback][/right] Well... Most motorbikes are a chain drive and most go karts are also a chain drive to a solid rear axle. So you take the chain from the gearbox and pass it over the sprocket for the rear axle and hey presto gearbox connected to the rear axle. The gearchange and clutch you just have to modify the bike ones with linkages and cables to get a setup you are happy with. |
