Mrs GSR only said 4/5 posts back, that details/times/locations will be posted a week before the event

And then if you go back to the very FIRST post (by KOTCJ) you will see that it's on Sunday December 12th 2004, which is sunday week (13 days)

I'm still working very hard to make sure things go as smooth as possible, so please accept my apologies for not being on here much as some things haven't been as easy as others to organise

I have just managed to obtain a major supporter for the day whom is BRITT'S MEATS of Tweed Heads. Len has kindly offered meat, bread and help at massive reduced prices to help with the day

It hasn't been easy fiding business to support this as previous organistaions have done the wrong thing in the past.

If you are a part of a car club please please let us know A.S.A.P. on approximatey how many people you think will be attending so we can have a rough idea for meat, bread and drinks.

Thanks to all those for positive comments and feedback. Please bare with Mrs GSR and I as we are both flat out working behind the scenes putting this altogether for a great day but your paitence will be worth while.

Meeting locations will be up by the end of this week so once again I thank you for your patience.

Anyway better get back to it, 12 days left before the big event.

So far quite a few clubs have contacted me these clubs will have space reserved for them for there displays, anyone else wishing to reserve space will need to contact me in relation to this, or just pot luck on the day with display space smile.gif
