That's her wanting to get on the back again,i was against it at first but after researching suitable products that offer a back rest and more user friendly grab rail options we were happy to spend the $800 on the kit and see how it goes. She has been around the block and it doesn't bother her one bit since she feels safer with the kit. Obviously it will take a while to get back into the grove of 500 - 600km weekends so baby steps for now. |

Well, was all going swimmingly actually. Househunting, etc - until a couple of hours ago when I found out my mum has died (it wasn't unexpected, it's been a very long process). Heading back on Thurs now for at least a few weeks to sort the funeral/estate matters. |

actually, i've seen a post on fb - was never able to find it again since - but what wolfie said, the amount of incidents / murders are actually dropping in the States. Not sure if Australia's crime rate figures are the same, but i can't see that we're not immune to a good media beat up. QUOTE Man arrested following shooting at Joyner, north of Brisbane

I believe that violent crime is decreasing year on year here as well. Really the only developed places it isn't is in European countries that have let in large numbers of Muslim immigrants. |
