Thoroughly checked. Same-same, just missing the quilted leather door cards and CF center console.

It's the bits that carry over that are the problem. The shifter, door handles, wheel, all the switchgear, it's all Elantra spec. Interestingly I was in an XKR the other week (I have also considered the rare as hen's teeth XKR-S GT) and boy, despite being an old platform (10 years or more-and now discontinued) with ancient tech, all the bits and bobs were just so much higher quality,

Interesting observation Wolfie, I never understood the idea of cutting back on the interior feel in the premium market. The steering wheel, gearshift, centre console and armrests are the main "feel" of the car, then I think the quality and layout of the switchgear. But no doubt, market research, bean counters and sales numbers ultimately dictate what gets approved.

Fn Nissan and their cloth armrest and centre console covering, feels crap and looks crap after a few months, surely leather is not that dear.........

I imagine with the Jags it's to do with the price of the cheapest model. The f type gear has to ALSO go on a 80k car, where even the cheapest XK was over 100.

all car manufacturers do it, with their little trim gimmicks / highlights. not sure why nissan would use a fabric that has such poor wear characteristics. i'm sure that it'd be designed that way deliberately so they can 'force' people to have to upgrade from a base spec and fork out their hard earned. Or maybe just to have to buy replacement parts somewhere down the track.

I bought another drivers seat for my sp23 for $70 just to get the fabric (mines worn through on the edge), and sure the 'new' old seat isn't perfect, but it's better than my existing seat. Mind you i have no plans to fit it, i'm just keeping it as a spare 'til i'm ready to sell the car.

6 THINGS YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOUR PENIS COULD DO

Behold, the impressive powers of your penis!

There's a lot more to your member than meets the eye. Apart from its pretty damn impressive ability to make other penis-toting little men, here are six crazy things you didn’t know your penis could do.

It’s a “Semen Displacement Device”

While you probably think of your dong as a device designed to inject semen, it’s also engineered to remove the semen of competitors, suggests research from the State University of New York, Albany.

You know that ridge at the base of your penis head—the raised part just north of your shaft? While you’re thrusting in and out of your partner, that ridge rakes away the semen of any foes who may have slid into home base ahead of you, the researchers say.

It Can Survive Decapitation

Penectomy is a procedure that involves removing part or all of the penis. (It can be necessary if you have penis cancer.) But like the headless horseman, your dipstick doesn’t die if you cut off its head.

You can still urinate, have sex, and ejaculate even if the head has been removed, finds a study from Brazil.

It Can Predict How Your Brain Works

Men whose flaccid penises hang to the left—and that’s the majority of us—may be “left-brain dominant,” suggests research from the journal Human Reproduction.

Due to developmental hormones, left-brain dominance is also tied to right-handedness, a larger right foot than left, and other forms of body asymmetry, the study authors say.

The left brain hemisphere plays a large role in speaking, logic, and mathematical computations. The right brain is big when it comes to spatial and visual information, and pulling context out of a person’s words and tone.

So if your dick dangles to the left, that could help explain why you’re great at algebra but crappy at guessing your girlfriend’s mood.

It Can Ejaculate While Limp

While boners and ejaculation are usually a package deal, you don’t have to be hard to expel semen, shows a study from California’s Oakland Medical Center.

Your pelvic muscles contract when you blow your load. But those muscles aren't directly tied to the processes that make your penis erect. So while unusual, you can let fly even if you’re flaccid, the study authors say.

It Can Eject Semen Up to 8 Feet

That’s according to a study conducted years ago at the University of Indiana by the famous sex researcher Alfred Kinsey. While there’s not much new data backing up that finding, one recent study from Weill Cornell Medical College found the force with which you ejaculate corresponds directly with how satisfied you feel about your orgasm.

It Smiles during Sex

A study from France looked at the shape of your schlong during sex. When you and your partner are in the missionary position, your penis—including the portion of your shaft inside your body—basically forms a smile-shaped curve.

Why? Because it's happy, of course!

This is the one. This is the Mustang we've all been waiting for since Mustangs dominated Trans Am Racing 50 years ago. The 5.2L 'Voodoo' V8 is the best sounding American engine ever, the chassis is balanced and playful, fun as hell, and most importantly, very, very fast. Put simply, this is the best Mustang ever made.

TT LSx Opel Kadett - Sweden STREET RACING!

We’re BACK on the streets of SWEDEN! We’ve seen this badass twin turbo Chevy LSx Opel Kadett at Stockholm Open, boasting HUGE horsepower on a street surface in sitting on a small wheel base! This thing is BADASS, and is showing off those massive Precision turbos in style by sticking them up out of the hood! Not only does this thing have giant turbos, it’s rocking a 7.3 liter LSx motor making around 1400hp at 13 pounds of boost! With a big tire in the rear and a short wheelbase, this race car gets DOWN! For a small little chassis, you’d be surprised to know how well this thing puts down the power on the street. Facing off against a handful of turbo Audis, nitrous Malibu and many other competitors, this badass street car holds its own!

Yeah, completely different categories. On the one track they have both been tested on, there is a 4 second difference. Also, the Stang doesn't look or sound as good.
