QUOTE Too Much Torque – Rear Tire Falls off, 35 Spline Axle Broke Split Like Toothpick When it comes to drag racing, even when you make sure that all of your nuts and bolts are nice and tight and you have top of the line parts, stuff happens. This time, we join in as a Chevrolet Nova just simply has some bad luck as the car launches hard and does some big time damage to the rear end. Not only does the car sheer its 35 spline axle, but it also ends up losing the rear tire entirely! It was really a nutty sight to watch unfold on the track at Cecil County Dragway during this test and tune session. |

QUOTE Street Outlaws – Lucky To Be Alive – Mustang Flips Multiple Times! When it comes to racing, some crashes are worse than others and this time, we check out one of the most gnarly wrecks that you’ll ever see on the streets! Now, when it comes to racing on the streets, generally it becomes a little bit tougher to get traction. For this Ford Mustang, traction wasn’t a problem. It’s when the car came down that all went awry. Instead of keeping the car in a straight line, the wheelie that this insane ride pulled through the car all out of whack, causing it to slide and roll over multiple times. Luckily, the driver did end up being ok for the most part and was able to walk away under his own power. Check out all of the carnage from Street Outlaws as captured below. |

Is there enough of those Street Outlaw guys left to make a show?Every video you put up seems to be another vehicle smashed up,and it looks like the Dung Beetle is going to the crusher that one i've posted above was a challengers / competitors cars and not actually one of the 405's top ten cars if i remember correctly. that crash happened a season or two ago. |

QUOTE Tesla Model S P90D Ludicrous vs 700+ Horsepower Ford GT If we told you to put your money down on either a 700+hp Ford GT or an electric car, we would venture to say that the majority of folks would be taking the Ford to the bank. This time, we show you why it might not be such a good idea to hop to conclusions so quickly like that as this Tesla gives the GT a run for its money. From a stop, the 700hp GT has trouble getting traction, allowing the Model S P90D with the Ludicrous upgrade to get quite the leap ahead before being reeled back in. We're not sure if the GT would have caught it in a quarter mile to be honest. Check out the video below as the cars go from both a dig and a roll to see which one is faster. From a roll, it seems like the GT has complete control, but we still wouldn't sleep on the Tesla! |

Of course, both days actually with plenty of riding. How is the sp23 Alpha?...We're considering one for our next car purchase. haven't heard from the guy, so i'll call his old man tomorrow if i don't hear from him before. they're a good car, parts are abundant in the case of an accident. but they are heavy on the fuel 10.5L/100km. there's plenty of other 4 cylinder options out there that are more fuel efficient. if you're just after something small and fuel efficient perhaps look at a Suzuki Swift or a VRX lancer. they're both fairly popular so there should be plenty of options on the market. |

i'm guessing that the other driver involved in this incident had better pucker up 'cause he's going to face charges over this in the coming weeks/year........... QUOTE Man killed after allegedly pushed in front of garbage truck during road rage incident
An argument between two drivers has cost one man his life on a Queensland motorway. A 50-year-old man was pushed into the path of a Logan City Council garbage truck on the Gateway Motorway at Rochedale. It’s believed it was the awful end to a violent road rage dispute. The pair stopped where the Gateway splits to merge on to the M1. Both men were seen getting out of their cars when the fight escalated just after 3pm with shoving and punches. Acting inspector Greg Veivers said the other man was ‘very upset’. “He did everything in his power to try and avoid the situation,” he said. Several witnesses said they tried to help at the scene but nothing could be done. The 36-year-old man was later taken into police custody. He was comforted by a witness at the scene. Traffic banked up on the motorway, all the way back to the Gateway Bridge as motorists slowly drove past the tragic scene. Police were reviewing footage captured on cameras on the garbage truck as the accident happened. “Everyone's got a cam in their cars in their trucks… many people that are travelling this time of day through here may well have that footage in their car,” Act Inspector Veivers said. Police will investigate what sparked the argument and who started the violence. The garbage truck has already been inspected. The driver was questioned and breath tested but there was no suggestion that he was fault. |

Top end view of 6.97 @195 mph run, chutes out https://www.facebook.com/CurranBrothersRaci...16569681755741/ Big improvement in a very short time! the soap opera continues Shuff's. this was on last nights ACA (so old news now). and you may have already seen it....... http://www.msn.com/en-au/video/watch/the-s...ajer/vi-AAfOwBT I hadn't but the hole appears to be getting deeper where's wolfie when i need recommendations on what dash cam and/or gopro to purchase. ideally looking for something that turns on automatically and starts recording once the ignition is turns on 1080p / 60 frames per second trawling through jbhifi's website as well as dach cams fb page and amazon. typical that you can purchase a go pro hero+ wifi enabled - the base gopro cam - for $200us whilst its $459 here....... but it doesn't look like GoPro's turn on automatically or record in a loop like some dashcams seem to....... My son has two,(both identical),so he's not constantly changing them from vehicle to vehicle, they both start up with the ignition. When he was living on the farm he said,at night, when it was foggy,or raining,he often used their vision, because they allowed him to see so much more clearly.A couple of times, when one has been left in the Ute,I was impressed with the clarity of the vision it gives, especially when driving from bright sunlight,to an under cover car park.I think he's pretty happy with them, and they weren't that expensive.I think he has a memory card in both,so they run a longer loop.I can get some details,if you like.Have you tried Ebay? |

Did you just suggest that the Prius isn't popular....? Also, it's a hybrid, not electric. Tesla have really done incredible things, and the P85D is an absurd bargain for what it is. Straight line missile. I don't really have much to offer on cams, except don't buy a Sony Action Cam Also: Well that makes me want the Vette more than ever... |

Big improvement in a very short time! it look so lazy, that run race car always take time to sort, fingers crossed everything continues to go well QUOTE My son has two,(both identical),so he's not constantly changing them from vehicle to vehicle, they both start up with the ignition. When he was living on the farm he said,at night, when it was foggy,or raining,he often used their vision, because they allowed him to see so much more clearly.A couple of times, when one has been left in the Ute,I was impressed with the clarity of the vision it gives, especially when driving from bright sunlight,to an under cover car park.I think he's pretty happy with them, and they weren't that expensive.I think he has a memory card in both,so they run a longer loop.I can get some details,if you like.Have you tried Ebay? this is the dash camera that i'm looking at and will probably get. it's about middle of the range price wise and does everything that i need a camera to do, plus has a 3rd rear camera that you can attach to your cars rear bumper if you want to drill the hole/run the cable. otherwise you just turn one of the two forward facing camera to the back and it'll show everything. https://www.jbhifi.com.au/gps-car-audio/veh...ecorder/431707/ I have got to say the new James Bond Spectre was a great movie. 007 never disappoints. Great action scenes and acting but there was only two "sex" scenes. Bit lacking in the women department like older JB movies. They nailed the soundtrack for Spectre too. Did you just suggest that the Prius isn't popular....? Also, it's a hybrid, not electric. Tesla have really done incredible things, and the P85D is an absurd bargain for what it is. Straight line missile. I don't really have much to offer on cams, except don't buy a Sony Action Cam the prius was a decidedly unsexy car that pretty much only ever appealed to people that don't shave their legs. yes hybrid, but it was still an early forrunner of the reintroduction of electric vehicles to the market and as such had a lot of focus on it |
