i've heard that you can't build calves up, not that i have the above highlighted 'condition' as you assert. then again, i train legs at least twice a week, and atm i'm doing cardio every day. but i've seen some guys with pretty skinny legs....... It must be the hardest part to train then, I've just had comments about my calf muscles by gym training guys asking what special workout do I do, myself, I do nothing, never thought about it, I think climbing ladders and riding bikes does a lot |

Just trying out some of that flux core MIG wire, mate it works perfectly, not sure why the haters on it, great for the average bloke who does odd jobs, must be fn idiots who don't understand polarity and voltage say it is rubbish. |

Is this really happening, Tiger? QUOTE Tiger Woods calls his strong play through two rounds at the Wyndham Championship âpart of the process, but theres nothing routine about the feat the 14-time major championship could accomplish in Greensboro, N.C.
Woods entered this week needing to win to guarantee himself a spot in the PGA Tour’s FedExCup Playoffs. Despite an almost two-year winless streak and a season filled with more shanks than successes, he’s poised to do just that at Sedgefield Country Club after rounds of 64-65 (11-under). Woods is currently tied for the lead with Tom Hoge going into Round 3, with Davis Love III, Chad Campbell, Brandt Snedeker, Bill Haas and Nick Watney all within two shots. IT WAS A GRIND TODAY, WOODS SAID AFTER THE ROUND. DIDNT QUITE HIT IT AS GOOD AS I DID YESTERDAY I HUNG IN THERE. If hanging in there is what Woods did on Friday, golf fans are left to wonder what he was feeling earlier in the season, where he recorded three rounds in the 80s, including one at the U.S. Open, and failed to record a finish inside the top-15 in 10 events. One thing is for sure. This is the best golf Tiger has played since he last won a PGA Tour event, the WGC-Bridgestone Invitation in August 2013. Can he win on Sunday? You tell us. |

It must be the hardest part to train then, I've just had comments about my calf muscles by gym training guys asking what special workout do I do, myself, I do nothing, never thought about it, I think climbing ladders and riding bikes does a lot I think most of it's hereditary, I've done all of the above-mentioned, and I still have 'Good Friday legs' (no meat on them). My wife, and her two sisters have really great legs, good muscle tone, and calf definitionq, yet oldest boy has her legs, youngest mine. How many Abo's have you seen with well develoed calf muscles, most nomadic tribes have legs like broomsticks......why?? We should have got the fruit fly guys onto you :-) crossing the border and all, yes was a tad warmer today, just making up some gate frames and sorting out stuff in the shed so looking forward to warmer weather. Just trying out some of that flux core MIG wire, mate it works perfectly, not sure why the haters on it, great for the average bloke who does odd jobs, must be fn idiots who don't understand polarity and voltage say it is rubbish. Monday,Tuesday should be fairly warm, here in Brissy, but there is a bit of wild weather associated with it,I'll be driving back into a fairly wet week for us,probably because this years new nut season spraying has started. You don't have dramas with the wire corroding in your environment? It was one of the things that put me off having a MIG for home use (I use a stick welder),because someone said to me it can be a problem with low usage |

Is this really happening, Tiger? yer the top guys arent playing in the tournament, like Day, Rory, Fowler or Spieth.. but he is hitting and putting alot better then he has been for a long time. Great effort by Tiger, currently second on the leaderboard. 13 under is an extraordinary score. Big change from his previous scores Lets hope he can keep it up! And i'm here contemplating if I should get a new driver or not. The model I have is nearly 10 years old! |

And i'm here contemplating if I should get a new driver or not. The model I have is nearly 10 years old! depends.. if it works for you now why change.. so many people update every year its pathetic.. new clubs come out so they have to get them.. im still carrying my r7 425 and r7Ti 3 wood. they came out in 2005... i have no intention of changing those anytime soon.. only thing i updated was my irons.. went from taylormade rac to ping G10.. also upgrade my wedges to Nike Vr Pro. i am a bit of a puttor whore though.. ive gone through so many putters trying to find one im going to stick with.. have settled for the Rife blade putter.. although i do have like 5 putters atm lol sold all the others.. look at Shane Lowry,, he just won the Bridgstone Invitational beating all the top guys and this is what he carrys in his bag.. bit of everything.. and well wornn... it works for him..im sure if a sponsor wants to throw a bag of cash his way and to use their clubs he would prob change.. |

I only put that up because she used to be good mates with Dai,and Doc,she hasn't been on here for three years, but was good value when she was Only saw one Highway Vehicle, and that was on the way home last night, don't know how many saw me though i'll be there, rx7's entered in the show and shine. figured i'd take it and get on site parking for the same price as a general admission ticket. Weather system has changed a bit,now looks like the low is going to move further south down the NSW coast, and give the Illawara area a bit of stick, but it's still saying you've got a 60% chance of 2-15 mm,on the 29th,still a few days to go yet |

Changing every year is a bit excessive. I can understand professionals changing all the time I am pretty happy with all of my gear. I feel my yonex woods are good, my taylormade rac irons and wedges are good for me so no need to change. I definitely need a new putter though My Cobra fspeed 460 driver is also pretty good. Getting some good distance out of it. Just a bit outdated. Technology has advanced quite a bit in 10 years. It has none of them fancy changeable weights of special coatings |

And finally the new rims are back in stock. Should arrive by mid next week. |

it was funny that she seemed to be trying to use boostcruising as her own personal dating service, getting guys to send photos of themselves to her. found herself a man and no one here hears or sees from her. Certainly looks like she's been grazing in a good paddock in the last couple of years All this talk of golf reminds me of a joke I heard recently........ A man playing on a new golf course got confused as to what hole he was on. He saw a lady playing ahead of him. He walked up to her and asked if she knew what hole he was playing. She replied, "I'm on the 7th hole, and you're a hole behind me, so you must be on the 6th hole." He thanked her and went back to his golf. On the back nine, the same thing happened, and he approached the lady again with the same request. She said, "I'm on the 14th, you are a hole behind me, so you must be on the 13th." Once again he thanked her. He finished his round and went into the club house and saw the lady sitting at the end of the bar. He went up to her and said, "Let me buy you a drink to show my appreciation for your help." He started a conversation and asked her what kind of work she did. She said she was in sales, and he said he was in sales also. He asked what she sold. She replied, "If I told you, you would only laugh." "No, I wouldn't," he said. She said, "I sell tampons." With that he fell on the floor laughing so hard. She said, "See, I knew you would laugh." "That's not what I'm laughing at," he replied. "I'm a toilet paper salesman, so I'm STILL one hole behind you!" |

he was only trying to rob the people on the train. good work by the american serviceman who choked him out subduing him. mofo is lucky he woke up at all is my opinion. QUOTE 'Do Something or Die': Americans Who Thwarted France Train Attack Acted on Guts
The three U.S. men who are being hailed as heroes for thwarting an attack on a Amsterdam-Paris train said the gunman could have done a lot more harm had they not acted on instinct and ambushed the gunman. "The guy had a lot of ammo. His intentions were pretty clear," said Alek Skarlatos, who with fellow Americans Spencer Stone and Anthony Sadler and a British man, Chris Norman, rushed an assailant on the high-speed train after they heard a gunshot Friday. "It looked like he just kept pulling more weapons left and right," Stone, 23, said. "He never said a word. ... We saw him cocking the AK-47, so at that time it was either do something or die," said Sadler, 23. "Hiding or sitting back is not going to accomplish anything." The three spoke at a news conference Sunday at the U.S. ambassador's residence in Paris. "It doesn't take eight magazines to rob a train," Sadler said. "The gunman would have been successful if my friend Spencer hadn't gotten up," he added. Stone recalled being asleep when he heard a gunshot and acting immediately when Skarlatos hit him on the shoulder and said, "Let's go." At that point, the gun "looked like it was jammed," Stone said. Stone, a first-class airman, and Skarlatos, 22, an Oregon National Guardsman, said their military training didn't come into play until after the gunman was subdued. "In the beginning ,it was basically just gut instinct," Skarlatos said. "We just kind of acted. There wasn't much thinking going on." Related: Families Not Surprised U.S. Men Stopped Train Attacker Stone said he acted in the interest of "survival" for him, his friends and everyone else on the train. "He seemed like he was willing to fight to the end — so were we," he said. Stone, who was stabbed while fighting the assailant, recalled helping another injured passenger who was "squirting blood." And he was quick to share accolades, saying: "Everyone played their own part. No one is specifically to praise." Stone also expressed gratitude to the first responders and the medical team who operated on his gashed hand, adding, "I just want to say thank you." U.S. Ambassador Jane Hartley praised the three Americans, calling them heroes. "We often use the word 'hero,' and in this case, I know that word has never been more appropriate," Hartley said. "They are truly heroes. When most of us would run away, Spencer, Alek and Anthony ran into the line of fire, saying 'Let's go.' Those words changed the fate of many." |
