No, fcuk whoever leaked it. They probably said "please don't show this to anyone ok? This is something that we put together just for this room, and we want you to respect that" or something. Cocksucker goes "fcuk that" and leaks it. What a knob-jockey. "High ground"? Yes, they ABSOLUTELY have the high ground. The only one who did anything wrong in this situation was the leaker. Yes, they were naive to trust in human good nature, but they are 100% in the right.

public event / public location. they waited - like diverse other companies - to 'reveal' an 'exclusive' at the Games-Con. They should have then - like every other company who did the same - then released the clip to the internet.

What happened was a clusterfcuk on their behalf with their marketing department. it shouldn't have taken two days to be 'officially released'.

i've seen this bike around before, but here an in depth review by Jay Leno

<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="468" width="625" data="https://www.youtube.com/v/ozZ_UfSRYS4"><param name="movie" value="https://www.youtube.com/v/ozZ_UfSRYS4"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain"><param name="quality" value="best"><param name="bgcolor" value="#FFFFFF"><param name="scale" value="noScale"><param name="salign" value="TL"><param name="FlashVars" value="playerMode=embedded" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent"/></object>

It has three wheels (Technically) so it's a trike, believe it or not a bloke not far from here has a couple along a similar vein, one has a Chevy V8,the other a Commode engine. Not as flash as that one,but like that one, great in a straight line, but a lumbering pig, when you get into the winding stuff.I've had a Trike since '97,it weighs 380 Kg,has a low COG,and is pushed along by a 1.8 litre supecharged donk,so power to weight combined with the low centre of gravity, makes it a Hoot to ride.Trouble is I hardly use it these days,it only has 54,000 Klms on the clock in all that time, I've just registered it,and found out in the last twelve months I put 800 Klms on it

Once again, not arguing that their damage control isn't poor, just not generally in favour of putting shit on the victim in a situation, no matter how naive they are.

MotoGP team-mates Pol Espargaro and Bradley Smith claim Suzuka 8 Hours glory alongside Katsuyuki Nakasuga on Yamaha YZF R1

QUOTE
Retired double MotoGP champion Casey Stoner suffered a big accident while leading Sunday's Suzuka 8 Hours endurance race.

The 29-year-old Australian took over the #634 Musashi Honda from team-mate Takumi Takahashi just before the end of the first hour, moving into the lead when the Factory Yamaha of Katsuyuki Nakasuga pitted soon after.

Taking part in his first motorcycle race since Valencia 2012, disaster struck for Stoner on the fast, curving, downhill approach to the hairpin. After a front-end wobble, Stoner ran onto the grass where he fell from his CBR1000RR – sending rider and bike somersaulting.

China eliminates all restrictions on gaming consoles

By Sophia Yan @sophia_yan

China lifts video game ban

Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft will now be able to manufacture and sell video game consoles in China without any restrictions.

A longtime ban on consoles has been completely lifted after a pilot reform program that started in 2014 was deemed a success, according to a statement from China's Ministry of Culture.

Video game manufacturers must still comply with strict regulations, obtain business licenses from the government, and ensure the gaming systems don't promote anything that would "harm national unity ... [or] violate public morality."

The rule change means the makers of Xbox (MSFT, Tech30), PlayStation (SNE) and Wii (NTDOF) now have complete access to China's fast-growing consumer sector. Previously, consoles were only allowed to be made in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, an experimental testing ground for economic reform.

"We welcome the move," said Sony spokesperson Sousuke Kamei. "We remain committed to delivering fun and exciting console gaming experiences to as many Chinese users as possible."

China's blanket restrictions on the manufacture and sale of consoles and games took effect in 2000. It wasn't a particularly unusual move for a government that heavily and routinely censors media -- images, films, foreign news outlets, websites -- for content it deems politically sensitive. Facebook (FB, Tech30),

Google (GOOG), and Twitter (TWTR, Tech30) are blocked, for example.

With the ban in place, Chinese gamers keen to try consoles were forced to rely the black market to find the latest hardware. Controversial game titles -- which can still be banned by the government -- were also available from underground suppliers.

Yet the restrictions did little to slow the proliferation of PC, online and mobile gaming in China, all of which flourished in the absence of console-based entertainment.

Nintendo said the company is "continuing our research and study about the China market," but declined to comment on the specific restrictions being lifted.
Representatives from Microsoft were not immediately available for comment.
