here's a video of some of the sets that are going to be used in the upcoming Thunderbirds Are Go series QUOTE The upcoming new Thunderbird Are Go! series looks like it has potential to be something cool that fans will enjoy. Everything that's been released so far has looked really cool, but today we bring you one of the best things that I've seen yet. It's a video tour of the locations that will be used in the series, and the detail is stunning. What makes these so awesome is the fact that they are practical physical miniature sets that were built by the talented wizards over at Weta Workshop. The sets include the Tracy brothers’ island base and several other locations. You can get your first look at the Tracy brothers in the series here. The cast is led by Rosamund Pike (Gone Girl) as Lady Penelope and David Graham (Thunderbirds 1965) is reprising his role as chauffeur and International Rescue agent Parker. Other characters include the unstoppable inventor Brains, who will be voiced by Kayvan Novak, while Tracy brothers Gordon and John are both played by Thomas Brodie-Sangster (Love Actually, Game of Thrones). Both the youngest and oldest Tracy brothers, Alan and Scott, will be voiced by Rasmus Hardiker, and the fifth brother, Virgil, will be played by David Menkin. Tracy Island matriarch Grandma Tracy is voiced by Sandra Dickinson, and master villain The Hood is played by Andres Williams. Some new characters will be introduced in the series, including Kayo, the Tracy brothers’ friend and fellow island resident, who will be played by Angel Coulby, and Colonel Casey, voiced by Adjoa Andoh (Doctor Who). |

QUOTE The world of Thunderbirds Are Go, Tracy Island, miniature sets and craft have been lovingly made by none other than WETA Workshop - the model makers behind Lord Of The Rings, The Hobbit and Avatar. The series music has been specially composed by Ben and Nick Foster, best known for their work on Doctor Who and Torchwood.

just for you Shuff's, best you be informed. i hope you've had a heart check up recently / and a drawer full of little blue pills. you might need some rope too.in the bed room. She refused to read the book,(she's an avid reader),and said that she couldn't see the movie being any better, When you've been married as long as we have, you travel down every road in all departments, and if you like it,they can become well worn tracks,so even today, blue pills are not required if the mood is right. It was our forty third wedding anniversary last week,so Friday night,we went back to that Japanese restaurant for a feed, once again a great night, and last night,I kept the theme going by keeping my neck lubricated with Japanese beer, not a bad drop! |

I'm the coolest guy in coffs harbour right now LOL!When we were in Italy,we went to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa,in our photos it looked like a gathering of the Third Reich, with all the people in the background trying to stop it toppling.A little bit further north, you and I could have had a beer. Mine looks so much better than Che's... and man, when will this matte wrapping fad end?If it was ever cool,it was a long time ago. Anyway, that's what I was doing with MY day.. Well, I am involved in 2 startups here, one of which I will probably kill, the other won't be live until April, so I'll see how that goes. I will be moving to Japan forever at the end of the year, and have purchased half a vehicle export business there. Mainly they/we ship kei trucks to southeast Asia and GTRs to the states. |

Here's hoping Alph. No, not really trying to bring anything here, our restrictions are too stupid. We MIGHT consider importing Skylines by owning both ends (have a dealer here and a guy in Japan buying) but there are a million people doing that already. isn't that the same sort of barriers that you're facing now? government legislation and competing interests? what makes you believe that the south east asia and USA venture would be more successful? obviously the market is different for Asia as opposed to western countries, but the USA would surely have similar levels of legislation that car importers would have to comply with to be able to import and register vehicles there?? |
