Nah man, we bought this when i just had my red p's. that makes it about 6 years now.

I drove it around in my Red P's to TAFE, and a couple of times to Bracken Ridge Tafe on a trade plate.

It's in need of some TLC. Nothing like a ground up resto.

AFAIK it's the paint work (some arears starting to rust)
Brakes to be rebuilt
Plugs, Leads, Elec Ignition, Cooling system, Fluid changes etc....

Vash that ute looks so much like and old Telecom ute we used to beat like a red headed stepchild, I didn't even know you could rev an overhead cam to valve float until I drove that poor thing

Thunderbirds Are Go! First pic of CGI Tracy Brothers

Here's what the Thunderbirds' Tracy Brothers look like in their new CGI incarnation for ITV series Thunderbirds Are Go!

We've seen Tracy Island, we've heard a teaser distress call, but here is our first proper look at the CGI-rendered Tracy Brothers from forthcoming ITV series, Thunderbirds Are Go!

Scott, John, Virgil, Gordon and Alan have had a One Direction-style makeover for the new twenty-six part series, which is due to arrive on ITV this spring.

Thunderbirds Are Go! features the voice talents of Rosamund Pike as Lady Penelope, original voice cast member David Graham as Parker, Kayan Novak as Brains, and Thomas Brodie-Sangster, David Menkin and Rasmus Hardiker as the Tracy Brothers. Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy's Sandra Dickinson will be providing the voice of Grandma Tracy, alongside Merlin's Angel Coulby and Doctor Who's Adjoa Andoh as newcomer Kayo and Colonel Casey respectively.

So, er, what do we think? Handsome lads, these, aren't they?

turns out i finalised it last week and that was the refund amount.

I'm now 100% debt free.
And that's a good feeling

defialty out of those 3 would be a Merc.. :D.. but not yet..

was just thinking something a bit smaller.. like Golf GTi.. but they all seem to be stupid automatic.
i do like the BRZ but there is something about it that keeps putting me off..
but then everytime i walk back to my car i think.. um no.. im keeping it.. i like it to much hahaha

think i might change the wheels suspension, might just need a bit of a different look

it's all going to come down to offset, diameter and stance, to get it looking how you want. you need the tyre at the top of the guard with no gap imo.

with the rx7 when i changed the wheels, i went up 3" in diameter / lower profile tyres, then dropped it 2". rolling diameter only increased slightly ie i'm still within the +15/-26mm legal limit - going by the engineers tyre placard.

yer i was saying that to a mate.. pretty much any wheel will look 100times better if you
get that tyre just on the guard with a lower profile..
lowest profile i will go is 40, not sure if i want to go tooooo low.. maybe an inch off the tyre.
will keep it at 18s.. dont want to buy new tyers again,, but will go 9.5 this time..

was thinking actually i should do the coilovers first then see how i feel on the look.. weather i still want new
rims or not..

ie: slightly higher then that..

^^^^ i'd have said that looked good, except that the rims on the front are an inch too wide, maybe an inch and a half, the rears maybe half an inch too wide. but i say that just so that you can have suspension travel and not scrub. the rears looks marginal, the front almost certainly won't work.

tried to do some woodworking projects outside today. half an hour into it, i'm absolutely dripping with sweat. i'm like, nah fcuk this, go back inside into the air conditioning. talk about humidity.

two hours later i go back outside, see if the temperatures dropped - marginally at best, but i'm a glutton for punishment, get back into it. move onto some sanding. the paper clogs up inside of 30 seconds due to the humidity (imo). that's it, give it away again. mamoru.gif

Was a slow day yesterday. Only sold just over 200 snags. It was 35 degrees though. ..

Still going now, about to hit the 600 mark for today.

That would've been murder,I cooked a BBQ last night,so as not to heat the kitchen up,and it was bad enough. Sounds like you might be eating snags for a while

my computer decided to be a twat today, wouldn't boot up properly. not 100% on what the problem is - initially thought that one of the graphics cards may have been on the way out. changed them over to another card, still having the issue intermittently. so have ended up reinstalling the operating system. worst job ever / refinding all my programs / drivers etc.
