whats the issue, data flow?, signal?, access to different sites?, try to lock to 3G to test , also what APN are you using? could be some fn newb has been playing brilliance with Akamai server routing tables or NBN pit monkeys have killed a fibre.

No flow whatsoever, nothing works, my wife has the same issue and is in about four suburbs away...

It's pretty weird...
