Starting to regret not attending that Downshift event. I never do anything car related anymore.. I wanted to go, however my cars still in pieces fitting a new stereo. I decided a few days out that I'd like to have gone, just couldn't get everything fitted in time should be another day or two at most I hope, depending on how the new head unit goes - I haven't had a good look at it yet, all I know is that I can't remove the old head unit out of it's cradle on account of not having the security key / tab / button tool - or however it pulls out. i'll figure it out tomorrow - maybe. |

When I do hand wash a car, I tend to take my time and enjoy the process. A coffee and a smoke or two while washing them on a cold early Saturday morning was my place of zen.... now... been 8 months since the last durry... and I don't have a car that I care enough about lol... I do it when I borrow someone elses car though... but no one ever shows appreciation... |

I enjoy washing my car when I've got nothing better to do... Although... I used to love washing my car... but then something happened... I got a "family" car and don't have a sports car anymore, so I don't really have the same passion or love for my current car... *sad panda* Haha yeah I know what you mean. I wash my daily about twice a year because it sits outside and I dont really like it. I wash my weekender pretty often. It doesnt take long and its relaxing. Most likely not as good as a "super huma" wash but still okay by me. Didnt even spell it correctly. Oh well cant edit on my phone |

Just saw this posted on my news feed. What a sick collection of cars ! imo i dont see the point of having a car collection of such magnitude. 90% of them wouldnt get driven, or you would have the fav which you would drive all the time. but would much rather this garage the amount of cars this guy has is ridiculous Am I the only one who actually enjoys washing their own car? i enjoy washing my car. but occasionaly treat Rex to a Super Hama wash for extra clean goodness. I enjoy washing my car when I've got nothing better to do... like sit on my ass! when i do its usually on a sunday arvo. |

not really, the outlet on one side was rectangular, the other side triangular. I did think of something along the lines of what you've suggested, was about $35 to buy a length of flexible water pipe from bunnings what I've made up will probably only be short term anyway, I have it in the back of my mind to move the brake booster under the dash sometime down the track, as funds allow. then i'll need to remake this length of ducting up to go around it. You can buy the piping in shorter lengths, that is specifically designed for vehicles, but as you are not dealing with Aircon,it's probably not an issue,as you won't have 'sweating' problems to worry about. We just used a bit of thin sheet metal,a couple of rivets, and some silicon,to make up spigots to convert it from what ever shape to circular, then fitted the ducting to that. You may even find a PVC plumbing fitting that does the job |
