Thats pretty fast. And to the people laughing at the "SS eater" comment, I am sure it was half a joke but truthfully I have seen many SS's running high 13's and low 14's.

I eat them daily. Anything pre Ve and Stockish is easy. Ve Manual off the mark I can beat. Auto's seem to be quicker but they all have bigger legs so after about 140kmph they start walking away.
XR8's and NA Xr6's in most models seem to be pretty easy. Don't think one has beaten me yet.
Even stock BA XR6 Turbos cant keep up with the Dragna.
Had some really close races with FG XR6T's both won and lost some

what have you done to it mate?
i have a 98 sports and stock as a rock
recently blew away one of the new2013 86 corollas on the highway
and 0-60km is real quick but im after some go fast bits for it as it is a good street sleeper
i had a good laugh at the c**k driving the 86 corolla

lol, most things can blow away an 86, they are just hairdresser cars, try taking on a stock Aurion or a Hybrid Camry and see how you go lol.

but OT, not bad times out of the 3.8

    Hacketts Tyres
    Post #12

Aurion and camrys are good for a 14.5 I've raced a hybrid and beat it. I think they are rather heavy

No not yours it is stout with good times, the 3.8 is good, the comment was meant for the bloke with a stock 98

I wasn't laughing at the SS eater comment, I know it's true. I laughed because just as I posted he posted it tongue.gif I'm too scared to go up against it because seriously if I lose I'll be selling my ss and buying a magna.

Boostcruising has changed sad.gif Where are all the Vt SS owners that don't believe a magna is fast and wants to put their dole cheque on the line for a race. Really thought this thread would stir more shit than this.

I can vouch for the old 5l's, Drive one as a dailly, They are so fcuken slow off the line unless your on the verge of or just loosing traction.

Given enough room the old 5l will catch it up chew on it a bit then spit it out.

Still pretty good times for a traffic light warrior !!

about 20% more than your 5 litre ever will.

    Hacketts Tyres
    Post #34

Dan what are you doing that to ? The 3.5 ? Not worth it. Ive been a twin turbo magna and I have better times than a lot of the supercharged guys. 6575 is the answer
