Hi Blast from the past, I was advised to post a comment on the site to get feed back of good and bad experiences of any car enthusiasts,I am happy you have had success with your race car, that's where we differ,,, mine is an all but new car..The issue is '''removal with out consent'''' and failure to re install the engine'' there have been numerous issues along the way which could of been avoided. This mater will be resolved and become a bad memory and my advise to you would be to get the facts before you comment,,,As mine are true to the word I have nothing to gain from bagging south side dyno boys.I understand your allegiance from your obvious friendship with Greg and Simon, Mine is business that's as clean as I can make it. thanks for your input |

Also you stated you have no faith in sth side dynos work yet now try and make an issue of failure to install the engine???yes ihave my facts 100%and will back sth side dyno witness etc please dont dig your self deeper come clean |

I look forward to meeting you and once again I work on facts, not on what you have been told, or what you think was going on. you might be advised to think about this a car one year old 1500klm on the clock goes in for a mild tune and ends up with no engine ,, der , 100% true and there are heaps of issues that happened before it got this far, this will be resolved, and as for bagging I would ask you again to get your facts right bagging or utter disappointment very different this never needed to get this far but for stupidity on your friends at south side.so again work on facts because what you you say is..... hear say,,, not admissible, thanks for your input , |

As a point blast. U r a 100% wrong.as I was not there when the engine was removed.or it wouldn't of been.and as for ur expertise you lower the ftont coss member to remove the sump to remove the oil pump.which was like new.so the engine did not need to come out.And ur right I have lost faith in south side.now as a car enthusiasts understand how u would feel.if it was s race car ok.its not its a all but brand new car entrusted to experts to do a easy job that went bad .this could of been sorted but for stupidity. So again put ur brain in gear before ur mouth.facts are facts.thanks again . |

Pardon my ignorance, would Ford not have sorted this out under warranty as it only has 15000klms, I understand the F6 may be higher tuned spec than a normal turbo xr6, but I put 70,000 extreme kilometers on my BA and never once had any issues with the engine. |

Hi car lovers, the car, the car had issues with he tune from the start,I was contacted to collect the car when I drove it it was in limp mode, this happen twice and would not run on tick over.Apparently the rev limiter was lowered , I have been advised that putting a 3'' exhaust without the waist gate on the turbo enlarged will create turbo creep and over boost,so there is one reason why the mechanic was having trouble and took all day to get it to go as well as it did before the mods .. I will maintain the issue is with the,,,, removal and re install,,,,Had the diagnosis been correct it still wouldn't of resulted in the removal of the engine.,,,,,,Blue vs,,, as you were passing and seem to no so much about this and are so sure it was the oil pump why would you take the engine out if you could do it by lowering the cross member and sump,,,,,, Which is what I was told would happen no mention of engine removal. Now I don't have time and am over trying to explain for other people's actions. so watch this space and I will let you no the out come. thank you for your input all be it a bit bias but that's human nature, over and out, thanks |

Changing the dump pipe without doing the wastegate mod with larger flapper does not cause boost creep. It will if its not tuned once the exhaust is put on. But if they have it on the dyno after the exhaust is changed then they can easily tune it without boost creep. It just means you can't run more than 14PSI without boost creep. |
