Was gonna say looks pretty average in matte black. However, the new paint looks pretty nice in the pictures. I used to have a VN Calais as my first car, sorta reminded me of it!

You've done well looks like its come along way already. Depends what you want out if it, track down some extractors and twin 2 1/2 inch exhaust, stall converter, 3.45-3.7 diff gears

I had the matches and petrol ready when I saw the first pic, but you've done a great job on it. Looks real nice in the two tone scheme. Great work smile.gif

thanks i'm trying to make it a nice car and take it away from the reputation of a "skid car" everybody thinks i'm an idiot but when i get some more cash i'm thinkin of a harrop manifold and 650 double pumper holley through the bonnet

Good job over all aye lordy..... (I helped with the prep on this car) i dunno about cammed but it does go hard and is a solid old girl and straight as. Cant beat an original old commo that isnt all about rims up front and bald skidders on the back. Once again bro I'M IMPRESSED! thumbsup.gif

Looks really good after the paint job good stuff!
I guess you could always go a stroker with another cam which could get a bit pricey.
A bigger stall converter (maybe a 2500 or so) and a set of 3.9's in the rear would probably make a world of difference.
(giggle gas always does the trick too) wink.gif
