Agreed. I have seen heaps of them around with stuffed metallic paint. The guy probably bought it cheap and the matte black would look better than the old paint. The wheels are not very expensive and the car seems to have retained its practicality for daily driving. Overall it stands out and he wouldn't have spend much money on it.
