Does it have 380 kw or hp?

    PWND
    Post #5

would be hp going by the list of mods
    380kw seems a bit unrealistic

    Really neat looking conversion.
The only thing not to my taste is the interior, but each to their own.

interior is a bit much but the rest is neat with the new wheels. do like

the interior wa completely green when i got it. toning it down slowly with the seats etc. thinking of painting car bmw jet black. might look good with the green plus added other green stuff. - cheers for compliments.

Try 300+-rwhp depending which model it came from unless your on an Internet dyno, awesome conversion though would haul ass in that chassis, bet it surprised some people at powercruise

what kind of wheels are they in the first pic?

^secret^... yeah it surprised people at powercruise acccept the last one i had brake problems and could only cruise slowly. will dyno it soon to see how the power is. just cos its N/A doesnt mean it doesnt make power. not all cars have to be turbo haha laugh.gif

Considering no ones stock cam ls1 makes anywhere near 380rwhp, makes sense that yours won't either, throw a 232/234 cam, valve springs in there though and you probly will

even still with that 232/234 stick & even a set of decent heads it wouldnt go close to that power especially thru an auto.
Would still be fun either way in a light lux like that.

nice conversion, very neat and tidy.My advice, actually get it dynoed before you throw HP figures up smile.gif

why is everyone so over competative? it asked for an estimate. and because the car is light it feels like it has more than it probably does. thats why i estimated that. we are all car people here not enemies hey.

Think it's just from a lot of misinformation and inflated power figures published on the Internet all the time, plus there are a lot of ls enthusiasts out there that know how much these motors will make with what mods, I think it's an awesome conversion and would be quick due to the weight, but fast in a light chassis doesn't mean it has extra rwhp. Quarter mile times is were it's at

Totally agree, I had an 01 vx ss with a 224/228 @112 lsa cam with an OTR and twin 3''s and that made 374 rwhp through a manual.
