I thought you run your parents business? That I do man. I own the f'king thing now... Just no work coming in due to the new changes in WHS laws, people just aren't building/demolishing anything atm, therefore supplementing income with another job. Besides better that the money in the bank sit there collecting interest than for me to draw on it. Most of the work I have to do for the company I can do after work of an afternoon/evening. haha yeah. I was just imagining Grandmas Boy where he calls his parents his roommates lol. No I call them the people that live with me. |

Man so not looking forward to work next week. The boss is back... But plus side I think I've decided to hand in my 2weeks. Do I even need 2 weeks, I'm casual still I think. Negatory, you are not required by law (unless stated in your employment contract) to provide two weeks notice upon terminating your employment. It's merely an act of courtesy if you do... Much like they aren't required to provide you with two weeks notice if they terminate your employment. |
