trying out Avast antivirus basic.. seems pretty good,
might upgrade to the full version for the rest of the full safe zone, silent firewall and anti spam.
only $49 for a subscription, where as norton was $99

Yeah lot of those haha I pretty much just work back and shoulders outside of cardio more or less and don't really do it too heavily. Since back injury I focus a lot of preventing reinjury. Still it's amusing doing stretches next to meatheads who can barely reach their toes doing a stretch and be able to touch the floor in front of my foot laugh.gif

You must show me your ways. I see the approach for me and I shit bricks. Reoccurrence of injury isn't on my list of things to achieve.

I still get spasms now and then but nothing as bad as I did the first time but yeah basically just strengthen core muscles and supporting back muscles and work on flexibility. Rows, Squats, Lat pulldown, have one of those half circle roll things which i use for some exersizes.
