True but being too flexible at times gets weird looks who cares what others think. they are usually the people who think they are too good for stretching and all they work out on is chest and biceps. |

Yeah lot of those haha I pretty much just work back and shoulders outside of cardio more or less and don't really do it too heavily. Since back injury I focus a lot of preventing reinjury. Still it's amusing doing stretches next to meatheads who can barely reach their toes doing a stretch and be able to touch the floor in front of my foot |

I still get spasms now and then but nothing as bad as I did the first time but yeah basically just strengthen core muscles and supporting back muscles and work on flexibility. Rows, Squats, Lat pulldown, have one of those half circle roll things which i use for some exersizes. |
