A lot comes down to perception and what they perceive or how they interpret. There is so much variance in qld legislation for a lot of stuff.

Imagine if the Police actually used their powers to say SLOW people down on that piece of road & get the council to PAINT the bloody lines & WIDEN it as well. Now that would be proactive & constructive to saving a life,
