It was sunny and delishus back home. Im never driving through country Victoria again you can bet on that. Have any of the cxnts that build roads here ever heard of grading and rolling the surface flat before they throw down the bitumen? f**king rollercoaster ride that Western Hwy (when youre not doing 25kmh in roadworks). |

installed boost controller & intercooler Snip* I also installed a boost controller the other day, running 10psi would hit 10 about 4 grand revs them spike to 18psi and boost cut at 5.500 revs. Fixed the problem but now won't boost past 7. Thinking its because of the standard actuator, did you have this problem? Also mine is only series 1. |

Stripped my interior and started taking off the chrome mouldings on the outside of her. The painter mate of my dad's who came round "had a look and quote" to give her a clean up and spray reckons "at mates rates" it'll cost me 4 to 5k. 2k worth of materials, the rest is labour. And that's after I get it blasted. Says that every panel has rust in it and that it has to be cut out and/or glassed. I stripped everything right back to a bare shell this morning and I can sincerely say that there is sweet f**k all rust in her anywhere. The worst part being the tailgate which will be replaced anyway. This guy just seemed like a gigantic douche. I also priced the paint I want it done in, 1k is all it'll cost for the paint, thinners and hardeners.... |

thought it was time to replace a wheel bearing, jacked up car, had a beer, removed wheel, brake caliper and disc, had a beer. don't have a 32mm socket - hit that with a big ass screwdriver and hammer. didn't work. had a beer, sprayed wd40 on nut n thread, got a lift to bunnings (only shop open) no long 32mm sockets. back to car. another beer. hit that with a hammer again, nothing, thinkin, had a beer, thinkin, had a beer, thinkin, had a beer, wtf am i doin outside? came inside. look out window and see some f&#ker has jacked up my car. go investigate, looks like part way through a wheel bearing replacement - oh yeah, that was me time for another beer, will get a socket tomorrow maybe.... |

Thinking its because of the standard actuator, did you have this problem? Also mine is only series 1. which controller did you install? i had this problem slightly , setting it to 12 , would result it in jumping to 13-14 and boost cut kicking in. I basically just set it to 11 to compensate for it possibly hitting 13 and even then , fuel cut shouldn't kick in. Only does this in first and second gear under high revs though. i guess its dependent upon the type of boost controller you have |

Noticed the original seat frame was bent, remembered the aftermarket seat i had, after a few hours some "ghettoed"seat rails were made and said seats where installed, immediate regret was felt and im now waiting on a reply for some new seats that will fit, either that or a nice officer to laugh when i get pulled over its defenantly one of the dumbest things ive done |

I figured it couldn't be normal and wound it down to 9 and problem seems to have gone altogether. Am running a turbo smart manual boost controller. Have a 2 stage just can't be bothered with the wiring haha. |

Did some minor Exhaust fabrication. Made a custom exhaust bracket on to my gear box cross member and used an FJ45 cruiser mount to get my Y-pipe as close as possible to the body in preparation for the new suspension arriving this week. Then it will be the decision of HID conversion or top swap supercharged conversion. |
