looks mint man. 400hp is a good daily, I ran around with 450hp as a daily until I fried the clutch from racing. I had to go a stronger clutch and now it's a little too aggressive to daily. How is the Jim Berry? I have heard mixed things.

Yeah i think 400 is pretty good. i mean the guys think the car can get about 500 on pump fuel but i dont need that much power every day. and plus once you start getting up there things start breaking and i need reliability over power. The clutch is good, have not had any issues so far. it is very noisy though. as you would expect. can be a pain in the ass when trying to order kfc and all you can hear is the clutch rattling away. If this clutch dies, i think ill end up going nismo.

Yeah a friend of mine in a 33 GTR N1 is running a Nismo coppermix and he loves it. He says it drives like factory, there is a guy on the Gold Coast that sells them pretty cheap when the dollar is strong against the yen. He has a very very expensive build of a 33 GTR.

Ohhh breaking it is heart breaking hahaha I popped my engine last year and went through the whole build process, I have a little bit to finish my whole engine build off but not too far off. I use to drive mine daily up until the day I popped the engine.

Yeah I know it sucks sad.gif I destroyed 1 and 6. hence the rebuild. still have all the old parts to remind myself not to blow another engine haha. the pistons sit in my garage reminding me not to ruin this one haha. Doesnt stop me tracking it once a month though aha.

Hahahaha, I haven't even done a launch since I have had my car back. I gave a WRX a run and that would be about the amount of upping the car I have done.

I destroyed piston 1, I forgot to grab it back when I picked up the car.

Which track? a mate of mine had a 32 GTR and he rolled it the other weekend. Hit a wall at lakeside at 160km then rolled it. GTR GONE! Sad sad day. It has kind of made me a little bit nervous of tracking it.

i saw a white 32GTR go into the wall just passed bus stop. the week after an evo went in the same place. That track will bite you in the ass if your not careful.

haha cant let them subbies win, no matter the cost! I do love launching the car even though its not very good for her sad.gif

but yeah, generally Just alternate between lakeside and QR just for happy laps with SAUqld. But its more of a "go as fast as you want" laps for 30 mins.
and i Blew the engine hauling down the highway though sad.gif

Yeah that was Beezlebub89 from SAUQLD. It was one of the cleanest 32s I have seen around.

hahahaha That's it, but I feel even on a blown engine you'd have a good chance of wiping the subi lol.

I am a member of SAUQLD, I just haven't had the chance to come out. Last time I was meant to go to the SAU drag day I fried the powerfc in my car and then been working non stop since.

Was it at a happy laps? first time out at lakeside? a few months back now/

haha two blown pistons would still kill the subi haha.

But yeah i do enjoy being a member of the club though. try to get to as many events as i can.

Nah it was the day before the last happy laps. As far as I know it wasn't his first time out. This was about 2-3 weeks ago I was in the states at the time.

I like the way you think, Only a Gtr owner can appreciate the humor of another GTR owner hahahahaa.

Yeah I did a escort thing for Wrapture's brothers formal with Noel and a couple others from SAUQLD.

I didnt see your mate then, but the guy who crashed his 32 when i saw it, he was the only one who put his hand up saying it was his first time and 15 mins in he pushed to hard and ended up in the wall. chassis rail was bent back 90 degrees. sad.gif just lucky everyone was okay.

HAHA yeah we must be a special breed. People who spend the amount of moneys we spend must be special!
By the way! Im hoping after my retune i get as many k's from a tank as yours! im down around the 350 if i drive like my nana. Which isnt often.

I wouldve done that escort thing too, but it was all the way down in jimboomba right?! sheesh. i did one last week at Redbank and that was far enough haha.

    Ouch!

    Indeed, we must be.
Mine comes down to how it was tuned. Sean at EFI is very good at tuning it differently... I don't understand alot I just hand the car over and it comes back better.

Yeah Jimboomba to Springfield. I'm close to Buccan(Near Logan Village) so wasn't too far for me. Where abouts are you located?

I have heard good things about GTAuto, I went to a electrician who had a stroked 32 GTR very nicely done.

ahh well that explains it, pretty far off for you.
