In that thread you asked if it was possible to flip the mounts. Making the car sit higher. If you want to drift it then it would need to sit much lower for better centre of gravity and to avoid flipping it.

There is a two videos of Jeep drifting. One of someone drifting a jeep and flipping it. You could do it but I would hope you have very deep pockets. Would need to throw a lot of money at it and would be a complete waste. So to better answer your question. Don't bother. Buy a Corolla like a KE70, AE71 or AE86 to drift.

Not sure if serious.. its a car built for the complete opposite.

That's a negative, built for the opposite as turbo183 says.

if you dont like skylines etc that will just make it less hurtful when you smash it into a wall sideways.

Seriously, why would you chose a jeep for anything other than imitating a 4wd owner

why not this..?

It will cost money, and I think you would have to lower it allot.. because you will have epic amounts of body roll.

^^that was the model that i was thinking of.. it's a lot easier to fabricate. You can fabricate an S chassis rear sub frame with ease, use what ever motor/move the motor further back.

These are a few pics of my farthers Jeep, he built it for drag racing but you can see how they can be modified (not sure if you have or know someone with sheet metal/fabrication skills).
