TE71 Corolla Liftback

Engine: Stock 2T.

Exhaust: Equal length 4-2-1 manifold and one resonator. Just starting the car up is loud enough to make other car alarm goes crazy.

Suspension: Custom made by Genial in Thailand, Front springs are 7kg and rear 5kg. Both sitting on strut and shock are rebuild with smaller valve and thicker oil. Quite stiff and is very stable. Next will be fatter sway bar.

Wheels: Rays TE37V, F 15x8 Offset 0 with 175/50/15, R 15x9 offset 0 with 195/50/15. Its quite stretch really grabs attention anywhere.

Modifications: Added Powersteering and super cold Aircon. Lots and lots of small work. Custom rear seats to match the front etc... Wayy too many to list.

Stereo Audio / Visual: Pioneer 6.5" in the doors and 6x9 at the back. Enough really.

Well long story short, heard about the bangkok massive flood last year? This car was underwater for about 2 month. When water went away the old owner really didnt care much for it anymore and pretty much left it. Interior was horrible and so many rust spot, All electrical was funked and pretty much every moving part is jammed. So i picked it up, drove it home and stripped it down to pretty much bare shell and started over. Every single piece was worked on. This TE71 Liftback is a very very rare car for Thailand so finding parts is very tough. Many parts had to be custom made up to suit.

Cant really decide to go with 4AGE 20v black top or 3SGE... Will keep this an NA because its running on LPG. Yea its running on LPG but seriously for $15AU you can fill it up and foot down it last about 350km. Cant beat that.

Anddd this is exactly how it sits today.

I could be wrong but I believe it's a factory 1980's toyota red
I had a KE70 painted that colour that I believe was original paint and a friend also owned a KE70 the same colour
