Got the bonnet open as the cable had stretched and wouldn't release.
Removed Turbo Heat shield to find 2 out of 3 studs holding the downpipe to the turbo were missing so replaced them and properly tightened them.
Removed the Rocker Cover to check the timing chain and measurement of the tensioner. But halfway through realised the tool to remove the tensioner was left at work.
Then decided I'd move on to instal the oil pressure gauge instead and realised the tool to remove the sender was also left at work.
Also hooked the car up the Manufacturer Diagnostic Computer to read the fault codes that had thrown the car into limp mode.

Removed the rear window wiper motor, ripped it apart service it, put it back then run a better ground wire for it. Now works like new.
Removed rear window washer, seal all the leaks on the bottle with fiber glass then clean it as it was so clogged. As for the motor i disassembled it then mod it like crazy with more powerful magnet and rewire the copper wire with fatter one. Now it sprays water like CRAZY. Before i adjusted the nozzle it sprayed maybe 2 car length. This will be fun for later.

Fueled it, and then took it to "Hoppys Car wash Cafe" near Newstead.... awesome service.
Do recommend.

Costs a bit though - but then again they have like 30+ staff on at any one time and they do an awesome job so eh.

Fitted up my roof racks to the skyline.

NOT to pose with like most of the civic fags, To carry my bikes to the mountain trails every weekend. They do look alright on a 2 door also I'm very happy on how they turned out. Took me MONTHS to track down a second hand kit as Thule stopped making this kit in 2001.
