So heres my latest car, after selling my da9 5 months ago ive had a few cars since but have never really been satisfied. Started searching for another honda again and come across this and luckily got a swap. Love the hondas for there nice torque down low and just how much parts are widely avaible

Engine:
-Engine is a 'mini-me' d16, this is a D16Y4 bottom end with a D16Y1 vtec head running on P28 ecu
Exhaust:
-Cat back exaust with a sports muffler, 2 and a quater pipeing
Suspension:
-Curently has SL in at at the moment but still have to put in a no name brand adjustable coilover sleeve kit and new shocks
-Slight amount of natural camber
Wheels:
-Sitting on BBS bmw e30 rims 14x6
- Thinking about doing them in gloss white
Modifications:
-Sir front lip
- Integra dc2 front seats
-SI rear seats which have a fold down armrest and cupholders
-Deleted ac
-Mini alloy radiator
-Removed wing
-jdm window visors
Stereo Audio / Visual:
-None
Estimated Power:
-Unknown, think these make 100kw with the vtect swaped head and has higher compretion

Future Plans:
- Have lined up a b16 swap just waiting on the cash to get it all done, Buddy club spec 2 exaust system, Whale penis intake, Front and rear strut bars from password jdm, Rear skunk2 lcas, Asr rear brace, Beeks lower tie rod, Probably proper coilovers and lots more

Looks clean, but you are going to hate those springs. I have fitted some before to a Civic and it was constantly bottoming out because it had barely any travel in the shock.

This. Tried these in my Integra before I got my coilovers. There really is no substitute to a proper coilover.

OT: Car has potential though, enjoy it mate

I know a vtec is all about high end speed, i said i like hondas for the low end torque like the b18a1 i had in my integra, got a 33 off the line till about 60kph and then it got past. Thats all i need for a daily ?

Good job, but I would suggest investing in a nice set of coilovers. At least you didn't slam a SCA cannon on it.

Is that a "Check me fully sick stance" 1st photo on a set of stock wheels and suspension ?

Its not on stock wheels or suspension if you botherd to check the write up, and its just natural camber created from lowering it because of the double whishbone suspension. Hate camber but just thought a little amount looked cool

    Tidy enough.
But torque down low? My B16 makes around 140kw at the flywheel, but it's got nothing down low. Along with every other B/D series I've ever driven. My wifes 1.2L Polo has more go from a standstill.
I guess you'll be pleasantly impressed with the upgrade to a proper VTEC engine when you do it though.

I am looking to do the b16 swap, how would you rate it ?

It's a huge upgrade over the D series. But I'd recommend saving a bit more and doing a B18 swap. Or even building a VTEC B20. There's no replacement for displacement wink.gif

yeah i was thinking that too ,the b16 is 1600 and the b18 is 2000 im pretty sure its not vtec though not for that price anyway, How do you make the b20 again ? is it 18 bottom 16 head or something ?

    B18's are around 1800cc.
And you're thinking of an LS/VTEC. As in making a non VTEC B18A into a VTEC engine.

    A B20VTEC would be:

    - B20B/Z bottom end from a CRV
    - B16/B18 head
    - VTEC conversion kit (B20 head gasket, oil sandwich plate, oil tap, etc)
    - ARP rod bolts + head studs
    - ACL bearings
    - New piston rings
    - New OEM B-series valve seals
    - New OEM B-series 22 tooth water pump
    - New OEM P72 timing belt
    - New OEM P72 oil pump
    - Magnetic oil drain plug
    - NGK BKR7E spark plugs
    - Adjustable fuel pressure reg
    - VRS gasket kit

Plus ideally enlarge the valve relief on the pistons (if you want it to rev past 8k safely), run a 2.5" exhaust and use an aftermarket ECU (Hondata preferably).

I dont agree with the tyre profile they seem too excessive, makes the car look "heavy"

i like e30 rims though, but white? nah. it makes the car too racy for a family sedan model.

I ment price wise thats what its guna cost me not ccs haha, and yeah well it was white, black or like a bronze, and yep there definatly to thick of a tyre
