almost seems like to good of a description considering .....

in side does seem most likely.... sus out your 'so called friends and neighbours"
im sure if you were going to steal a genuine walky.. you would be carrying a spare fuel pump... or even wont to hang around chaging one
unless you had planned on doing so

Sounds legit. Why didn't they call the cops or mention this earlier?

I agree here but then again how many people see this and think nothing of it eg just broken down etc or its like the car on a tilt trailer that looks done up eg going to the engine shop or the paint shop etc peope just wave thses things off then the first time you remember its when threads like this appear

tiger mica gold tv with scoop, thats a little common :S

thats a pretty detailed description to not have got the number plates aswell..

and who watches a car begin rolled down the street by sus people and not report it or take a little more notic of more important details

a description is just that, a description.. worthless.

"were you the guy in the black hoodie?"
"nope"
"ok cheers"

If you see your neighbours car rolling down the hill by some one quite obviously not your neighbour common sense would dictate you actually ask wtf is going on or report it.

Why?? Cops in Ormeau are fucking useless.I used to be a manager at the Coles in Ormeau, was my first job. One day an elderly staff member set off the silent alarm without realising. It wasn't until 50-55 minutes later that cops came busting in the front doors with armoured vests and hand guns semi drawn.

50 minute response time? GG QPS GG.

That totally sucks to hear mate, it always worried me when I had rare cars,

the scenario seems to be more like the two blokes at the door did the house suss, observed for neighbours etc, but that time, most people getting off to work etc, noisy with showers breakfast etc.

they probably did the snappy break in, checked for dogs etc, found no battery etc sussed alarm, just thought fk it, break steering lock, get ready for Tilt tray job, unlock roller door then the VT goes off as a scout and alert Tilt tray in quieter area, looking like picking up VT so all ready.

Falcon grubs set to roll, scumbags do the snappy roll out and coast down the road to tilt tray, sad to say, but very lttle chance of car being found.

If there was CCTV cameras at most major intersections a lot of this crap would be stomped out, but too many fn civil liberty people about. I had a boat stolen once, from driveway, chained and 4x4 ute bloking it in, Sunday night, well lit, rotty next door, the cut chain, drugged dog, shifted ute all in full view, never to be seen again, but do you thibnk I could get CCTV footage from know locations, nope.

Lucky now there is CCTV coming on and off the bridge, I guess it would stop a lot of this.

That is properly messed up. Best of luck to you and your brother. Find them, break a leg, drive up Mt nebo, strip them naked, march them into the forest, leave them.

...oh and tell me first so my works resources arn't wasted finding them.

if there were CCTV cameras at every intersection the government sure as sh!t would not be using them for something actually constructive like that, think about it lol..

Wife heard nothing whilst fuel pump and immobiliser being replaced/removed. From 6:10- 6:30, wife hheard absoluetly nothing. Sounds suss to me.

I have scenarios that can be reality, regardless if anyone takes it in.

1: Wife knew of break in and steal job.
2. Was a clear insider job. Someone knew that the car had a faulty fuel pump.

I'm just providing possible scenarios, regardless if he has a wife or not.

Or its possible that they chucked it on some trolly's and rolled it out?

Why must you accuse the bloke of such things, imagine if it was your car being stolen...

Here is a helpful story for people who might not understand what intersection CCTV cameras are really for.

When I was in boarding school, they had IP cameras installed at several vantage points around the boarding house.
Whenever someone did something that might get the school in sh!t/compo situations ( handstands on rails, running around with water on the floor, etc. ) out comes the camera footage and punishments, but when people's sh!t got stolen the cameras were somehow "not working".

Now imaging the boarding house is Australia.
