was a black HSV,possibly an R8 with a huge bonnet scoop like EV1LR8 has,
with big ass silver stickers down the side's saying SLR 9000

Couple of fake AMGs, and carbon bonnet TypeR, all from my building.
Also, there is an Indian fool in a 135i M-sport with an "M" badge on it.
WTF PEOPLE. getting an M-Sport/AMG styling package/S-Line package doesn't give you carte-blanche to up-badge!
If my X3 ever gets here it'll be an M-Sport, and I'm sure as hell not putting an "M" badge on it!

I know with some of the older BMW's atleast you sometimes would get an M badge with your M package. Not sure if they still do that though.

I've NEVER heard that.

Perhaps some dealers simply put them on as a "value-add" much like Holden dealers have been doing with Chev bars for years?

I dare say the winch itself was mounted to the tray and the fairlead/rollers only was bolted to the trayback as a guide only.

Still if it got any sort of angle on that, it would rip the tailgate clean off, I dare say it's used to winch something on the trailer by the looks of it.
