Hey guys and gurls
heres my missus's car ive been working on for a while now we bought it back in 2010 and was a completely different car since then i has been driven daily with gay rims etc and then was taken off the road and has had a overhaul from which it wa which included new motor new box new wheels new paint job (was done in my garage in one day rush job and yet to be cut and polished) all new brakes and suspension work put new seats in it as old ones were completey gone dirty stained all that and change the front end from a beaten up stock front to this 180 front i had laying around. its nothing special u can all hate but its just to get my missus and me around for now and till i can spend some serious money on it or something else.

Engine: stock Ca

Exhaust: 2 inch to twin cannons (gay but will be changed when i get round to it)

Suspension: super low king springs (soon to be coil overs once i get around to it)

Wheels: 15x8 -0 offset gecko wheel steelies (not flash but strong and look good on car

Modifications: suspension, manual conversion, short shifter, R200 LSD, upgraded front brake calipers to turbo ones, front end swap to a 180sx

Stereo Audio / Visual: single din head unit with 4 6x9 speakers

Estimated Power: 99kW stock

future plans: coil overs
built N/A for the missus (cams etc)
New h/d clutch and lightened flywheel
re-shim diff
new exhaust with extractors and all
maybe carby manifold with 4 trumpets (depending on availability)
stock front or s14 front
retrimed seats and interior

    How bout not coming off like a total Douchebag,not saying "DONT SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT MY CAR!" and just put up your ride and accept peoples opinion on it as though they were expressing their honest opinion. is it that fuckin hard to be normal?

    Way to kill your missus with 3 wheel studs champ! looks alright tho, have a real soft spot for the rims after i seen them tucked up into a r31 skid car.
    Trying to make it look like a 180sx are we? lol
    has potential but at the same time looks more capabe as a 4x4 then a daily hack, lower it to the 100mm alowed and i would say mission complete.

    If you did an engine swap why didnt you put in a N/A SR20, you said you wanted to "work" the N/A CA, I figure a better base like the SR would be preferable. In either case i would just leave the power stuff till she is off Ps, get a SR20DET start building it, when she is off her Ps put that in.

    Sr's are not that great im not a fan have had few and blown all of them and the car is only 105mm off ground all round

    Those wheels belong on a speedway car. Id rather the stock wheels to be honest. If you cant afford nice Japanese wheels maybe consider rotas or other cheap chinese wheels that at least look decent. If you want to keep a smaller wheel these plenty of 15-16" available these days.

    Triangle tyres are hands down the worst tyre ever, ive seen them de-laminated when they are brand new with no skiddage. Either bad construction or poor quality control.

    Dont be ridiculous, any sane person would not bother touching that motor (unless perhaps in a light weight car). Chances are this wont happen. I mean really! If you where to be a N/a warrior then you would start with a Autech SR. Simply wait unit you/your missus is off the P's then swap a turbo ca/sr in if you want decent performance. By the sounds of it you dont have much money so why would you be spending it on n/a performance.

    The blue headlight surrounds look horrid. Because its a girls car (it is isnt it?) maybe, but stock black would look proper.

    Any motor will blow if its been flogged (which SRs normally mostly have been). Ive had only positive experiences with them. A 2L that can produce 1000hp cant be all bad.

    Ok..... I know this guy personally and 90% of this he said is full of shit,

    #1new motor and box? replacement ca18de. \And the box is out of a r31 Pintara ca20 box.

    #2 there is no new brakes and suspension all the same when he got it just standard gear, and it is also on choppies.

    #3 changed the front end? he had the same 180 sx front on there when he had it off the road as to now.

    #4 he wrote in Modifications: "suspension" he never touched since he got the car, "manual conversion" its always been a manual, "short shifter" he got a mate to chop the standard shifter, "R200 LSD" that also was in the car when he got it, "upgraded front brake calipers to turbo ones" still standard ca18de brakes that came with the car, "front end swap to a 180sx" it was like everything else like that when he got the car.

    #5 he has never owned a SR20 in his life, he still swears by CA18's after having to replace 5 of them.

    #6 the only stuff he's actual done to the car is, paint it, put some wheels on it re trim door cards, a head unit, swapped seats, and put twin cannons on the exhaust.
