Just had a complete gasket kit put through it. New timing belt.
Plans for it are:
Manual conversion (Already organised, just have to pay for it)
5M head with turbo set up & custom intake plenum (Also already organised, just have to pay for it & wait till I'm off my P's)
Hilux G series LSD
MA70 Rear suspension & MX83 lowered front suspension
Maroon over black with gold fleck paint
Buying different rims in the future
2 Din head unit, 6 x 9's (Already have), 15" sub (Already have)
Tinted windows

Eventually in the future there will be a 2JZ conversion

    Rims are hideous and bonnet pins seem a bit tacky too. Good luck with it mate.

    why would you go thru all the effort to turbo this motor, to put a 2jz in down the track? plan ahead and dont burn ur cash unless u have a money tree lol and in that case share it around

    Interesting plans, but why replace the diff? The Grande diff is decent as it is.. Also, I hope you pull this off. I see too many ugly shitty Cressidas.

    yes rims do suck i know and yea 5mge head the turbo setup is cheap and will do for now till the 2jz the whole turbo setup is only 500 bucks running so it will do for now i will keep updated with the pictures for when it is painted

    i dont know that id even bother fucking around with a dodgy 5m head swap....?

    manual 7mge should be alright and fairly reliable (as long as the HG has been done properly).

    the only reason im going 5mge head is so i can use his custom intake and the turbo would hit the dizzy on the 7mge head the 5mge head will have a little work to make up for being 5mge and not 7mge really just quick and cheap

    the deal was if i get a cressida he will sell me his setup and he will go buy a 1uzfe for his car and well i got a cressy so he went and bought a 1uzfe now just waiting to have some spare dollars

    my diff is gone to many round abouts sideways lol and the g series is pretty common so im just gonna get another 1
